I'm very disappointed. Didn't realize that he would actually defend this. But maybe he's playing devil's advocate. West is not a bad person. He's great for the show. Him and Ciara will probably be friends on season 9. But the fact that there is no acknowledgment that how he handled it was horrible and that he definitely manipulated her is crazy. Him saying he's an f boy in confessionals and he can't commit. He never said that to Ciara directly.
Does anyone get exhausted from Nick's rants sometimes? I legit feel so stressed and exhausted after listening to the Wes rant. 😂

I’ve never agreed with a comment more. Nick just bullies his cohosts and acts like his opinion is correct. You can TELL they get nervous/scared and agree with him eventually. However, they absolutely shouldn’t be bullied out of their stances. Nick, read the room. I don’t understand why you think your feelings and opinions are never wrong. It’s getting so hard to listen to this show
Ciara & West - Here's the problem, Nick. She told him exactly what her intentions were and if those weren't his, or he didn't want to possibly pursue commitment, to get out. YES it's OK that he decided he didn't want to seriously date her. That's not the issue. The issue is he knew that for awhile, but didn't tell her so he could keep her around for convenience.
Little Wes made it clear at the reunion what a thirsty little boy he is , also he is way punching above his weight . I hope he wont be asked back to Summer house.

Nick goes into every topic with a poorly thought-out conclusion, and when facts are presented, he digs in his heels like Lauren from Utah. Wes pursued Sierra, knowing her intentions were clear because she made them very clear. Wes lied about being exclusive during the summer because he was sleeping with other girls. He then proceeded to parade her around his family across the Midwest. He slept with her, knowing what it meant to her, but was never serious about engaging in the relationship that she needed. He used the excuse of the fans to break it off. There is no guarantee that a relationship will work, but the person who dropped all their walls is feeling hurt. Why did you pursue me? All of this could’ve been prevented, and breaking up without a real reason other than newfound celebrity status is simply messed up.

On that date West made it clear to Ciara that he wasn't looking for serious relationship. And Ciara made some strong statements for the cameras but that apparently changed when they weren't shooting in the fall and had sex with him anyway. She made West play the long game and he did it, only better than her.

At the end of the day, I think West and Ciara ra will be fine and be friendly next season. I want him to stay on the show. I want her to stay on the show but this idea "Ciara didn't honor her boundaries" so she shouldn't of slept with him. West also manipulated her and he deserves to be held accountable. I don't think Nick is holding him accountable. I think Nick is making the excuse of he's 28, actually 29. He's a fuckboy so Ciara should have known he was a fuckboy the audience should of know he was a fuckboy. He is not saying that West should do some inner work on why he's a fuckboy and why he manipulated her knowing he never wanted to be in a relationship with her.
West probably charmed Nick during the interview the same way he charmed the audience during the season 🙄. The onus should be on both of them, but I hear Nick giving West grace and making Ciara the issue.

Yes. I thought it was just me. They have a weird relationship dynamic that I don’t see present in other couples like Serena and Joe or Dean and Caelynn. They lack boundaries and Nick acts like it’s funny when Natalie does that, but it’s inappropriate to me.

Sweet boy Justin is on point with the view on West. Nick is saying Ciera needs to be accountable for her own boundaries but she did everything she could’ve done. West was leading her on to believe that he wanted what she wanted.
I cannot believe Nick is going so hard for West . West was not honest. He said one thing and then totally contradicted it by treating Ciara like his girlfriend. I agree that Ciara has some responsibility in what happened with West, but did you ask West why he would pursue Ciara, take her to meet his parents in Missouri, take her to his brother's house, take her to a friend's wedding, and also spend every day with her if he wanted something causal? She said repeatedly she isn't a girl that you just sleep with. She wanted to know his intentions. I think she should have stayed with that mindset but Ciara really liked West and she let her emotions take over instead of following her initial thoughts. That doesn't mean that West should just take advantage of her feelings towards him to sleep with her. I agree he isn't Sandoval, but he clearly didn't care about her feelings. He pursued her for 6 plus months until just before the show aired. That is horrible behavior.

nicks initial commentary about ciara like cracking jokes about her on traitors and saying the fanbase will blame west on how she does on that show is actually kinda rude and unnecessary. I totally get if he agrees more with west or thinks west did nothing wrong, but how did ciara deserve any of that shadiness? In the SH reunion they said the paparazzi showed up when Carl came to Lindsay's apt while he was there to pick up some of his things. Lindsay was the only one who knew he was going to be there during that window. The picture of all the girls at dinner was taken by Lindsay and posted. And it was months after the breakup.
That’s what happened and Lindsay did it and Lindsey has a vast history of doing it that is why the cast knows…. This podcast just have a willful ignorance towards anything that Lindsey does because they like her.

Howeverrrr, I also think if Ciara was a random caller and was asking Nick for advice he would 1000% say she needs to run because he will not commit and is giving her all the red flags/ warning signs to not continue pursuing him. I came to the comments looking for this and had to scroll way too far. If the comments are an indication, maybe he's not well known to their audience. Regardless, he's a great star and I definitely agree that they didn't make the most of his time at all.

Because she’s been on this podcast and they like her lol she’s a nightmare and he did nothing wrong. You can see in real time she will have a conversation and she would say, why are you yelling at me? Why are you upset and he simply talking to her? I knew Sam Asghari when he was younger @viallfiles, He used to bodyguard Isla Vista Parties ( UCSB student town about a square mile of 30k students ) .. look up Isla Vista to see the party scene.
He was close friends with a lot of us students, all of a sudden he randomly dissapeared to LA, and then about a few months later he was in the news with brittany spears, so the theory can very well be true as he TOTALLY dissapeared from his SECURITY " GUARDING " JOB and NOW was MARRIED to Brittany, all while he used to be a security guard, and now the guardian job makes sense.. a Security guard = Body Guard = Guardian.
We NEVER knew how he catapulted from a school frat party security guard to a freaking brittany spears husband position.

In what universe did Ciara say or imply "how dare you not commit to me, not want to date me" - she could not have been more explicitly clear with him, that she was fine backing away from the relationship before sex and more feelings got involved if he wasnt ready for that, and exactly as Justin said, he responded to her boundary with a bad faith commitment. I feel like I’m with Nick on the west of it all. It’s disappointing that he is still emotionally immature and couldn’t get his shit together to be with Ciera and probably string her along for too long, which really sucks. But at the end he is just emotionally immature and wasn’t ready. The bravo fandom were the ones to put so much hope on him and then were disappointed, rather than listen to his fears and doubts that he expressed the whole summer. He just needs to grow up, see a therapist and figure out why he couldn’t get there. This was one of my favorite episodes of RR and Zach Gilford/Friday Night Lights raised me for so many years and pre-teen years. So .. this ep was great. That being said, Nick's take on Ciara and West was a bit all over the place. I agree with him that Ciara didn't follow through on her own boundaries, 100%. But... West is LYING (which Nick keeps saying he didn't lie...he absolutely did). At the reunion, Ciara said that she "gave West an out" by asking him point blank - "Do you want to work towards a relationship/are we going to move this forward/etc" and West said YES - AND THEN SHE SLEPT WITH HIM. She finally felt like she did have some sort of commitment or security from him in that moment, plus the wedding and the meeting parents, etc. It's not until AFTER they have sex that he told everyone, "I decided to end it before it got too messy." He knew he didn't mean what he was saying when he said he wanted to work towards having a real relationship with Ciara. So this whole, "West has been authentically himself this whole time and it's Ciara's fault for not seeing that," doesn't really make sense to me, and most people who are seeing Ciara's valid feelings in this. That to say, this whole season with Ciara and all of the men objectifying her to no end was so icky and disgusting to me and her crying made my heart break for her. You've got motherfucking Jesse Solomon saying "WHY WON'T YOU HAVE SEX WITH MY FRIEND," you have the girls asking you about it, you have WEST asking you about it and then you listen and you have sex with the man and then he leaves you. It's just gross and I feel like her tears at this reunion was a culmination of all the pressure and noise and her frustration with her not listening to herself. It's sad, actually. I don't hate West at all, definitely disappointed though. I feel like he is well-aware enough about himself to an extent that he can learn quickly and actually be a great guy. I wouldn't even be mad at Ciara if she chose to give him another chance, but he would definitely have to have shown some growth and really value her the way she wants to be valued. All I know is .. she better not ever go back to that mouse-man Austen Kroll.

This is so upsetting because It happens to all women. A guy doesn't want to be in a relationship and he tells us. But we like him so we read in to every action as "well maybe he does now". And we believe that we can change his mind or we will change his mind. And then in the end we are mad because they wasted our time and energy. Even though they told us from the beginning. Women are complex and men are simple. And that's where the confusion lies.
If Lindsay ISN’T paying you guys to take her side blindly on absolutely any issue, then you seem to just distrust the judgment of absolutely everyone else on the Summer House cast about the way Lindsay has handled relationships with all of them following this breakup - and think they’re misjudging her through years of lived experience, and you know better. Every girl in that photo Lindsay posted of the girl dinner besides Gabby, was irritated enough by being made part of her narrative of making Carl the villain, to take it up with her at the reunion. So that’s all we need to know about whether or not Lindsay was painting a misleading image of the dinner - everyone at the dinner felt used by her when she did that. The fact that Lindsay would never care enough about others’ feelings to appreciate that unless it’s being brought up at a reunion, is exactly why she’s gotten where she is with all her relationships on the cast (horrible).
