I first met Pat around Pure time. I went to see him at Ingoldmells 6/7 years ago where he was booked to do a Numan slot but the owner told Pat it was 80s only. There was 3 Numos in the crowd. Pat has had the vision, ethos and pure bollox to keep on going with his conviction and love for GN. I've said this before, don't go to an Engineers gig expecting a look likey sound a likely GN gig. These are gigs to celebrate GN and meet like minded fans. The band are tight and it's a great night out !!!

Great interview. I saw the Engineers twice this year. Chester in March, and the amazing show at the box park. I hope to catch them again next year
