Monday morning and back into my office after seeing Gary play at wembly sat night. Yes the old stuff got the biggest roars. Not much greta stuff and few intruder tracks (good thing too). As i recover i can listen to this interview. And the first 2 japan albums after. The best releases from that band before they went a bit dull.

Odd that Sylvian should faze out Rob and then tour Tin drum with Matsami Tsuchiya catawalling on guitar and throwing rock shapes, dropping to his knees ect on the Tin Drum tour.. Thank god they mixed him down for Oil on Canvas because let me tell you live at Japans Hammersmith Odeon final two nights when I saw them he was a nightmare compared to the tasteful and subltle playing of Rob Dean or David Rhodes.
