Something so small. Yet, it's so vengeful. The pain I feel on the first two days of my period is so bad that I can't sit still. The pain often forces me to black out when my body can't handle it anymore. All because I didn't get pregnant 😒
Can you make a sequel of this to talk about how endometriosis works? I used to have severe period pain, to the point i couldn't get up or walk, and my period lasted for more than a week. My mome is a retired nurse, and even her thought my condition was normal, until i got an mri after they had found out that i had a huge cyst on my right ovary. Mri result showed that i had endometriosis on my left ovary as well, hence the severe pain. Still could understand how things like that happened
When my period first came, it was painless…2 years later…I felt a pain I never known could exist, like someone was using a knife to tear my uterus up…And then something meat-like came out…That was the start of painful period for me…Back to today, I almost passed out in my bed…Am tired of this pain

She explained that vitamins would make a difference & she was sooo right! I started talking vitamins all the time from Amway. No Im not selling but they really helped me. Another BIG help was i started taking birth control (lovoveral). This type my pharmacist husband said was the safest but doctors don't usually suggest it because they don't get paid for writing prescriptions for it. Yes, you have to take it daily. But it is safer my cycles loved me for it ❤ I used to joke that I was addicted to those pills. I hope this helps someone. I am now 50 & my cycles don't hurt like they used to. lol some women seem to forget that not everyone experiences painful cramps during periods. I know some do, one of my classmates and my aunt had debilitating cramps, they could hardly stand unless they took medication for it. So it's definitely true, but most women experience mild pain, and some almost none.. I just feel a slight pressure in my lower abdomen for the first 2 days of the period and that's it. "slight discomfort " describes it perfectly so he's not wrong. It just depends on the women. I think that women with particularly painful periods are not only the minority, but they most likely have other health issues like endometriosis
I'm going to answer that. Yes, absolutely. You don't necessarily have to have any health issues at all to have terrible period cramps. I'm not a doctor, but I am a woman, and it really just could be not related to other health issues. Some women just naturally have worse periods than other women. Mine are not debilitating, but they do hurt. I wouldn't call it mild discomfort for me, they do freaking hurt. But I can also say, the pain is usually bearable. Quite a bit of discomfort lol.

I use a menstrual cup now, so I know I bleed more in a matter of hours what some women bleed over their whole cycle. But to be fair, other women don't have much sympathy for us, either. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten crap from other women, especially managers and bosses at work, who have never suffered a debilitating period and think I'm making it all up.
@@ThesmartestTem I have so many other symptoms, but the comment would have been too long 😂
I know what you me re management. I’m grateful that the last place I worked at was run by women and they luckily were all understanding. But have worked in many other places where nobody gave you sympathy. And unless you can relate, no one will understand! 😔😒
He actually told you. It's contracting. He can only speak from medical terms. Too much feelings in this comments section.
@@quinty26 because you’ve never had your period, so you will never understand.
Yep! Pain right down to my feet. I feel your pain & hope you're getting some medical help X
After mine was finally removed I went back to work as a nurse. Many of my coworkers commented that they didn't know I could stand straight up. Some discomfort, yeah. No wonder I don't like men describing severe menstrual pain.
You just answered a question I have been concerned about for over a week now. This isn’t normal at post menopause, I’m calling my Dr. tomorrow for further testing and not just for uti or yeast infections. Glad I seen this video. ❤
I love how he’s rubbing it with his stick. 😅
I hope she makes a speedy recovery.
"Causing some discomfort" sir, it's immense debilitating pain for most of us
It actually gives me comfort to know how thick the uterus is, I feel like it can actually keep a baby safe.
When my period first came, it was painless…2 years later…I felt a pain I never known could exist, like someone was using a knife to tear my uterus up…And then something meat-like came out…That was the start of painful period for me…Back to today, I almost passed out in my bed…Am tired of this pain
Seek medical attention.
Oh God man that is one of the worst pains i get each month. Its just a horrible way of your body saying well you didn't get effed so here's the consequences!! Not fair at all!
"Uncomfortable sensations"??
More like crippling curled up in your bed and taking advil and wanting to rip your uterus out pain.
Thanks for explaining exactly what causes the cramps; that was interesting!
Wait that’s the uterus? This whole time me thinking it’s like the size of my hand? 💀
Aarrggh, struggling with the "uncomfortable sensations " right now. 57 years old. Enough already!
It's making me ache a little just watching & hearing this. 😳
I'm sitting here, heat pad on, migraine patch, halfway high and he's describing it as uncomfortable sensations? I wish I wasn't getting punished for not being pregnant.
He’s just doing a medical exam 💀
"Some discomfort"
Hilarious!
Love these I am not medical trained but I know a hell or lot the people who donate their body’s are so brave I wouldn’t like the idea myself but to give people the training they need it’s fantastic
It's flipping PAINFULL every month for ONE WEEK for MOST OF OUR LIFE grrrrr!!!
In 3 words-This is incredible.
How can something so small release so much blood and clots?
I acknowledge and respect all you beautiful women in the world who suffer with period pain ❤
Uncomfortable is a huge understatement.
Best vid for me yet!!!! Have had those uncomfortable sensations. Our body is truly awesome
Even tho im a woman I have been flashed by a SMALL ORGAN THAT CAUSES “DISCOMFORT”
As a teen & 20's I would vomit, collapse & be in so much pain I wanted to die. Then one day I chated with a lady who had a bunch of kids. Im glad i got my body under control before having kids in my late 30:s. Also fast food gives terrible cramps. Cook from scratch. It's worth it to your body!
In the longer video, he also explained the woman getting pregnant is the only solution to the 'discomfort'. Bro is a legit 'City Boy'.😂
Oh my gosh, for real?
Thank you dear sir you will never know what it feels like don't worry about it🎉🎉🎉
Being a real woman is no joke. The things we endure a man could not handle and vice versa.
Shut up ****- the rock
@@w33518 go outside 🙄
@@w33518clearly you don’t have manners. I’m not a female, but I can at least understand what women go through.
Still tho, I don’t like it when they yell at this guy for simply doing a medical exam
Breaking up with my uterus was one of the best days of my life.
You’re telling this innocent looking tissue does this? I swear my uterus hates me.
I’m impressed by the clean cuts “that machine” makes
seeing the comments, i must say, not getting cramps is a flex after all 😌
Truly, it is!
i just get a few leg cramps ( only my right leg and it is not that painful just uncomfortable i take one painkiller and im ok ) and it lasts like 1 hour or 30 minutes mostly. After that i dont feel anything. I guess my all luck went to this.
they need to teach this in school too many people think cramps are bs
lol some women seem to forget that not everyone experiences painful cramps during periods.
So Fabiana asking for us guys that are curious..can women with no health issues have the most painful cramps?
I'm going to answer that. Yes, absolutely. You don't necessarily have to have any health issues at all to have terrible period cramps. I'm not a doctor, but I am a woman, and it really just could be not related to other health issues. Some women just naturally have worse periods than other women. Mine are not debilitating, but they do hurt. I wouldn't call it mild discomfort for me, they do freaking hurt. But I can also say, the pain is usually bearable. Quite a bit of discomfort lol.
So it’s funny to you that many of us do experience a lot of pain?
That’s a nice way to put that it feels like a chest burster from Alien is trying to claw its way out but got stuck.
Pain. It's called PAIN.
Uncomfortable sensations?? Hahaha, a man explaining period cramps! Bless his heart.❤❤❤
'Some' uncomfartable sensations?? Dude, experience it for a day..
I’m a dude and having a blast learning about how periods and cramps work
My angry uterus causes me nausea and cramps. Sorry, but I don't want kids, uterus. 😭
“Some discomfort”. My family has a history of severe cramps. Bedridden for two or three days a month on prescribed Darvon. I’m glad I’m through with all of that!
Me too, my children - daughters facing the same.
I read the comments and just realised how lucky I am to be a woman and not have period cramps😅
Thankfully my periods are consistenly bimonthly, pretty light, painless, and only last around four days. I genuinely feel bad for women who suffer from reproductive disorders, love yall
My uterus was 13cm along with the bit fibroid that lived in there. I’m so glad I had it removed. 🙌🙌
Well my uterus tries to kill me each month so “some discomfort” wildly stated by a MAN who hasn’t ever experienced uterine cramping pisses me off actually!
He is highly educated, but yes he will never understand. I think it would have been more fitting to say, “can range from ‘discomfort’ to ‘can’t breathe, can’t move, just curled into a ball slowly dying’ kind of agony.
Yes I agree.
When you’re done having kids, go to a great OBGYN and get that 💩cut out!! Best decision of my life! Freed from 35 years of agony!!
Lol he’s Not being literal. Cry more about it.
Well I think he tried to help but as someone on my periods I understand your feelings completely
