@@heavymetalnut1965 Sorry for the super late response but yeah, John is still great! Ray is also amazing even if he has a hard time hitting some of the higher notes. Personally, as much as I loved Ray's higher vocals on from No Exit until A Pleasant Shade of Gray, I actually like how he relies on fewer vocal gimmicks in favor of giving a more emotional performance. Seeing the live video of The Light and Shade of Things is sublime.
Apples and Oranges. Can't compare the two. They're both from two different worlds of singing and vocalizing talents. It's like comparing with good ol' BBK and EVH with their guitar talents. 🍎 n' 🍊
