Thanks for sharing this! When I first started touring I edited all the live stems for our Ableton rig for the pop CCM artist I toured with. I would just go through all the songs and see what choices the producers made during the process and how all the layers fit together. I learned so much as a producer from editing those files. This album filled a lot of long commutes to college, and it's so cool to get to see what went into the actual process on this song.
Mark! this is great, man! To my memory, Matt was sick one day and I came in and just did percussion all day, specifically this song. Good times!
