We're actually heading back down there in a couple weeks to do some late fall/early winter camping. Planning on getting plenty more campfire cooking content too, should be fun, I'm excited!

I'm in Gonzales,LA Jambalaya Capital and I got to say that's not a traditional jambalaya. That being said it looks delicious!! I'd eat it!!

@ absolutely! Buffalo 7 is our favorite on that trail so far. Alot more to check out for sure though.
