Can you remove the ear speaker or do you have to buy a replacement for that?

This might be a late reply, but to any future readers, you can remove the ear speaker (shiny metal box near the top) by gently heating it and using twisers just like how you removed the vibration motor. :)

Why can't you just change the screen like many other phones instead of the frame and having to move all the components over that's a lot of work when you could just do the screen
