I really enjoy these more personal videos, you are really likeable and _!smart!_ (rare thing on youtube) and it's a pleasure to get to know you better. P.S. a few years ago my boyfriend got the same white rat (the stuffed animal) you have. I thought it was so adorable of him to get it for himself and of course i teased him for it mercilessly hahaha! So when i saw it on the backround of one of your videos i was surprised and i told him to come see it. He said: "You see? I'm not a dork, that girl has it too"....anyway we had a laugh about it. Now while i was watching this video he was in the room and he overheard you say you are a Pisces like him, so he playfully said : "Damn we are meant to be with this girl!!" hahahaha (he obviously doesn't believe in astrology, he was just messing around). I have been watching your videos for some time already, but never commented (not sure why). But today I was as always smilling and chiling through your video and when come part about your favourite movie and you mentioned "Tři oříšky pro Popelku" I just has to rewind it :-) I live in Czech Republic and this is my favourite fairytale since my childhood till now and you probably cannot even imagine how much happy I was when I learned that you not only familiar with it but even more like it too :-) (And of course, this time I just had to leave a comment).

My mom is a florist. Every once in a while she depots orchids and thoroughly waters and aerates the soil. It also helps to keep them in a warm place.

I studied Celtic languages and culture :) I know Middle Welsh, don't speak the modern kind
Celtic language and culture sounds really cool! I understand some Middle Welsh, it's not too different to modern Welsh but it's pretty complicated! :)
I don't know if you have answered any of these questions before but here I go: What do you think one should visit or do in Amsterdam to get a local perspective of the place ? Also could you talk a bit about your Dutch culture ? Ireland is also one of my favourite places, I haven't gone to Dublin but recommend the Connemara county !
Oh and all of your favorite movies and also part of my favorite movies! I find it funny that when I say I love Mean Girls my scholar friends look at me funny but we cannot be so serious all the time :)

Your description of your reaction to roller coasters is very similar to the way I feel about my anxiety, I get panic attacks in stressful situations but I don't know when they will happen.
I really appreciate it when people try reassuring me that X thing isn't that bad and I shouldn't feel bad about it, I know that they have good intentions at heart but that doesn't work for me; I can rationalise that situation but I still panic about it- I have little control over when it actually happens. (e.g I almost had an attack in the middle of Tesco's because I got separated from my dad and I was stuck in a huge group of impatient strangers.)
I think anybody that has anxiety recognises that feeling. It's understandable that you'd feel that way when you're riding a roller coaster, but what really sucks is when this happens in "normal" situations or for no reason at all :/ I feel you on the reassuring thing- it's no good telling an anxious person that, they know full well it's not actually that bad. It just doesn't make a difference. So hard to explain if you haven't experienced it!
I would visit The Netherlands just to cone to your Tea House!
If you love mountains and lots of nature you will love new zealand. Yes beig in new zealand is very exspensive but i think its worth it becuase its really beautifle coutry to travel in and just explore.
Australia is so far away from everywhere else in the wield, and we travel more than most other places closer!!
My husband & I have been to every continent and tackled flights from 8 hours to 33hrs (inc stop overs)

I know this is a waaay old video and I've been watching your videos for about a year now and I just burst out laughing when you said you were the perfect example of a Pisces. Right before that when you went over how you feel on a roller coaster is exactly how I feel and as soon as you mentioned zodiac sign I knew you would say Pisces haha We are super sensitive but awesome people!

as i know, in netherland, there is so many indonesians and you can find indonesia groceries store easily (at least u can find it in Amsterdam) and you have to try indonesia traditional tea, Tong Tji for example ;). it tastes and smells good.

You have to cut that creepy brown thing growed from your orchid and be patient, veeeery patient till it will start growing new one ;) Me and my mum had the same problem with our first orchid, we cut it off and were upset that we spoiled a flower :D but we just left it to be and one day noticed that new sprout is there!

About the tea room thing.. I currently started to love the thought of having my own tea/cake room, and some creative stuff there as well.. It would be so much fun. Just kind of afraid it wouldn't make enough money to life of off.
The Harry Potter movies can't compare to the books and I was quite disappointed in the last few, so no... :(
I plan to stop working when I have kids so anything extra that comes in from the tea house would be a nice extra :) Positive thinking! xD
Yeah, that's right. I guess that fact that I sort of grew up with the movies affects my judgement. xD

Hi!!! You know, your orchid is suposed to give another steek and new flowers in it. They aparently give flovers only once a year, boring plant >< Mine has already the new steek and also new leves but I am waiting for the flowers.... I keep the old steek aswell for many months becuse I fell like I was mutilating the poor thing XD and I think it was going to day.... because is from IKEA.... So don't lose hope!!! ;P
I know! I'm waiting for it to grow back but it's just not happening xD
***** It can depend on the plant. Mine flowers all year but the flowers drop off and new ones generate at the same time. I had stems dry up and go so we cut them. New stems grow in but you have to be patient. I find the best thing for orchids is don't move them around too much, find a decent spot and leave them there. Water them frequently but make sure they aren't sitting in water. Lots of light but not somewhere direct and no where that gets too cold. Hope that helps! warm wishes from Scotland!

Water your Orchid with ice water to lengthen the life of the flowers.
I think vloggers have a wrong conception about who their audience is. Bluntly put, 95% of people doesn't care if a youtuber disappears, or makes less frequent videos, they just move on to the next. Most just go to their channel once in a while and see if there is anything new, and if not then move on. TH-camrs act like its a big deal and you need to be ON all the time when in fact its probably the easiest job there is.
I think you miss that it's not about keeping viewers satisfied--TH-camrs have to feed TH-cam in order to remain visible and keep their channel alive.
