    Dun po na sa pagkuha ng inseam, kailangan naka barefoot or suot yun cycling shoes?

      @@cyclingchefglenn sir pno po kung 82.84 nakuha ko na saddle ht? Gagawn ko ba siyang 82cm or mag round off ako sa 83cm? SANA MAPANSIN MO KATANUNGAN KO SIR SALAMAT

      @@kenarchiegelido2483 sir gawin mo lang muna 82 pwede na un then ride mo lang siya, adjust mo nalang ng 2mm taas or pababa kung sakaling di ka comfortable sa pagpadyak.. I suggest po i-ride mo muna siya at pakiramdaman niyo po ang inyong katawan.

      salamat po ng marmi sir, God bless po. BTW po I always say po na listen to your body, eather method will work. basta kagaya din ng nag bike fit sa akin meron kaming tinatawag na refit, base sa nagiging fitness level.

      ibig pong sabihin try niyo po i-ride ung saddle height na makukuha po ninyo. then from ther adjust it puls or minus by small increments. Aroung 2mm +/- po.

    Galing nman lods ngayon ko lng nalaman yung constant value, may standard pla dun..ginagawa ko kc kung anu sukat e yun n yun from saddle to pedal. Wala pala ako multiplier. Thanks for sharing!

      almost accurate na din ung 109 method. Pero kp in mind still have to listen to your body. Ride it around 50km then pakiramdaman mo, you can adjust + - around 2mm unti unti tandaan mo lang lagi ung initial saddle height.

      @@cyclingchefglenn i bought a 120mm stem same angle as stock parts that is currently on my bike I feel comfortable now including the inseam I measure again for accuracy now I feel comfortable but I try to daily ride my bike to see it in-depth thankyou

    Thank you chef! Malaking tulong ito. Madalas sumasakit gilid part part ng tuhod ko sa ride paminsan.. Yun nga po, mukha saddle issue. Will use mga turo mo chef. 👍

      Yun po salamat po. Another tip kung mataas ang saddle over stretch tapos kung sumasakit pa rin sa long ride try nyo po massage gilid ng legs. Maaring stiff na ung inyong muscle kaya nahihila ung tinatawag na IT BAND.

      @@Korikongtv try mo sir na mag hydrate 1 hr bago ride inom kana ng full water bottle. Then during the ride dapat in 1hr nakaubos kana ulit ng 1 bote ng tubig. Inom ka every 10-15min wag intayin ung uhaw.

      Thanks po ma'am, basta po this is just a reference, base din po kasi sa experience ko sa bike fitter ko meron adjustment. I always say listen to you your body. You can still adjust plus or minus. Pakiramdaman niyo po. Basya be sure small adjustment lang unti unti, 2mm. Hope nakatulong po..

      Naku same pala tayo dami ko na knee injury, MCL, LCL, sprain ACL buti nalang di naman naputol. Pero ilan yan sa mga naging injury ko sa basketball kaya napunta ako Cycling. Swerte ko lang wala naman akong naging opera. Anyway Cycling ang nakatulong sakin para lumakas ulit ang legs ko. Good luck po
