I hope Peter keeps the symbiote in Insomiacs games, to still give him more unique abilties apart from Miles.
Just hope they would make it like WoS where you can switch between normal spiderman and symbiote on the spot both adding a different gameolay style
@Mystery-vy8xh you can kind of do that already by choosing between his symbiote and spider arm abilities on the fly
It seems like they both got a boost from martin li since miles gained his chain lightning abilities from li earlier on
0:39 this scene here hit me in the feels😢😢 because we are so used to see Peter being positive even when bad things are happening around him. So see him this vulnerable still hurt by Aunt May's death made me teared up. Yuri's acting also didnt help lol
Amazing game
I genuinely don't know what you mean, I don't hate the new actor, but Yuri was a much, much better actor for scenes like that.
It's also like if Tom Holland was randomly dropped for his third movie but they continued with another actor, and never acknowledged or addressed it, still insisting it was the same story. It just ends up being a mess.
I don't hate the new guy, but Yuri's face and tone fit the story and scenes like that a lot more, and actually looked and felt like he'd been doing it for decades. I can't mentally take the new story seriously, with both a different unexplained face and voice, and quite noticeably worse writing (which is sad, because I was looking forward to seeing Miles and Peter in a full-blown story, and the end result doesn't really do either of them justice.)

I really like the idea of Peter permanently assuming the role of Anti-Venom while miles takes over as spider man, it's so fucking cool

FUN FACT;
in comics, Anti venom is results of Venom's strains inside of Eddie Brock had reactions with mister negative's powers
(meanwhile OG venom was bonded to flash thompson,temporarily divorced with eddie, meanwhile eddie had cancer)
flash was a bully-to-BRO of Peter parker(spiderman)
and very long time after, Venom was almost split in two because it had to make choice between eddie and flash
who choosed flash was merged with strains of anti venom and they become "Agent Anti Venom"
*also there are new symbiote called "Silence" which is a clone of both anti-venom are scream
**unlike other symbiote, it has almost no sentience but has no weaknesses of other symbiotes like heat and soundwaves
Slight correction Silence wasn’t made from a clone of Scream. Silence was Scream. The 100% real one. Scream got seriously injured and ended up merging with part of Anti-Venom to create Silence
Another correction: the venom symbionts was bonded to Mac Gargan at the time.

I honestly thought Peter was fff without the Symbiote suit lol fighting those infected civilians was hard as hell until we got the anti venom suit 😂

Exactly it’s kinda supposed to and I’m glad. Peter is a very righteous person and if anyone was gonna dawn the new anti venom suit it deserves to be Peter. I hope they now use it to his full advantage. He came use the suit to cure Harry, cure everyone of any illnesses, and have more power in fighting scenarios
Okay this was cool I wondered why the symbiot powers were still in his skill tree now I know why its because this spider wasn't supposed to lose his powers just control then which is good because I liked his symbiot power.
in the original universe....was Martin Li who cured Eddie Brock terminal cancer. not only that but.....Eddie created his own white simbiote. the antibody in his body created a inmunity to the simbyote....so that was the birth of anti-venom. Anti Venom powers were decisive in many battles...like the Queen Bee. in that time, Eddie finally solve his diferences with Peter Parker because he saved his ex Girlfriend when he was still Venom.

As of the end of the game yes. It’s straight up a part of him. That could be changed in dlc of a third game though I think they’ll just let Peter keep Anti-Venom in all games moving forwards. It helps balance him out with Miles because Miles obviously has camouflage and bio electricity so Peter having Anti-Venom gives him something as well

In across the spider verse, he's there without anti venom and it's confirmed this takes place before then so he must be able to take it off and put it back on.

I absolutely hate the symbiote enemies. Their entire purpose is to disorient you and break your combo. They don’t stay in the air and some of them just dodge you for no reason.
This suit helps with that.
fr i was fighting some random hunters in the city then some random ass symbiotes came out of nowhere and killed me 💀
Those are the reasons I liked them. Made it less predictable and harder to fight them. Though the green ones are the ones that dodge you easily though if you just web them up they’ll die
@@markjohnstone413The trick for the green ones is to let them hit you so you can parry. Miles parry and counter one shots them but for some reason peters parry is much weaker than miles. When you try to parry and counter attack the green ones as Peter it does nothing.
For the green ones, use ricochet webs or your webshooters, kills them instantly. Purple guys are ranged, but you can bait them into doing a melee attack for a parry if you web strike them. I just use abilities on the big guys, besides parrying them idk else what to do
