If you actually want to make a huge chocolate chip cookies here is the recipe from this video:
10 sticks (5 cups | 1135g) unsalted butter
5 cups (1100g) light brown sugar
5 cups (1000g) white sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
8 large eggs
2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
10 cups (1200g) all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tablespoons baking soda
3 cups milk chocolate chunks
3 cups dark chocolate chunks
