Hello. Loved the view that you have toward food. I have been eatting Paleo for quite sometime and do feel like I need to introduce more foods back into my diet. I have been lacking energy and have been hungrier than usual. I do workout at least 4 to 5 times a week. I’m starting to feel like I need to eat a more realistic way of eating. Do you have any suggestions. I went on your website, but I wasn’t sure if the instregth is something that may help with this? I am specifically just looking for nutrition advice(mainly eating to fuel my body in a healthy way). I ate paleo specifically for balancing my hormones and have been doing it for 5 years.
