    shrimp pasta
    bowl gf pasta + cook wild shrimp in butter + garlic for 2-3 mins each side. add shrimp to pasta + top with fresh parsley + lemon juice + salt + capers! SO easy!
    fish + veggies
    my dad cooked the fish in ghee, garlic, white wine, topped with capers + marinated peppers. I baked the zucchini at 400F for about 20 mins covered in MCT oil + herbs de Provence + garlic + top with Parmigiano reggiano + side of orange juice for carbohydrate
    bone broth rice
    rinse 1 cup of rice + bring 2 cups of bone broth to a boil. add rice to boiling broth and immediately reduce heat to low + cover with a lid for 15 mins. once the timer is up, turn off the heat and allow the rice to finish cooking for 10 more minutes with the lid on. perfect every time!
