I prefer my "Light Bulb" moment. After DECADES of hating winter for sitting on a freezing COLD toilet seat, with bare legs and butt, it suddenly occurred to me that if I sit on the seat fully dressed for half a minute before pulling things down, I could warm the seat enough that I don't feel like Shreeking as soon as I sit down. It works. No more freezing cold arse for me!
Probably everybody has been doing this for years, and I am just a slow learner :-) ! It only too ME 40 to think of it :-{

When I start in the winter cycling I just do some screaming during the first KM after I become nice warm. But I have to admit that my velomobile is standing in the garage where it is about 10 degrees
