💜 I am getting back in to stitching and watching Flosstube and you are a new Flosstuber for me! I love you projects and your vibe! Looking forward to watching more! Good luck on your car stitching!
Really enjoy your videos, appreciate your stitching choices and how you explain things, like why you choose something. Thanks for sharing thhis part of your life.
Thank you so much for sharing the website Stitch Fiddle! I love your Miss Bingley’s Library finish. I also love the pattern, flosses, and fabrics everyone chose for their round robin. I am so excited to see the progress of each stitcher!💜 I love the book talk. I just finished It Starts With Us by Colleen Hoover and now I really want to read Something Wilder! 📖
Your finishes are beautiful, I like the conversion of the house with the librarian and the way you changed your wording. Your new starts are lovely, too. I have so many wips, in progress, I am like you, I can't get settled down to one project. I feel like I stitch so slowly and can't get anything done. I do use the thread organizer. I love it!. For bigger projects, with lots of threads, I use two, usually. So I own, several.
Miss Bingley’s Library is too pretty. And love that you found a work around for excellent, that word break isn’t not great. I definitely want to stitch that one at some point. Hope you have a wonderful trip! And loved the book reviews!
The round robin idea is awesome - I’m doing one (sort of) with a friend who has “Cross Stitch Nation” where she is getting a few of us to each stitch a person for her on it. I can’t wait! I hope you have a lovely trip away - take care, Nic x
Thanks for the visit! Have a great time and safe travels on your road trip! I'm with you in loving Vikki Clayton silks, and get a monthly set of her variegated silks every month...it's so much fun when I kit up projects to go through them. I always enjoy seeing your projects.💜📘
I have loved my pack of threads for my HAEDs or full coverages. It is so nice to be able to go go go and my partner will sometimes thread my "empties" for me. Amazon does have some decent needles in 100 packs for around $10 and has varying sizes. 💜 Happy stitching!
That Silver Creek Sampler is from my moms hometown and it’s a small rural area in Pennsylvania. When I purchased my first pattern ( I need that introvert one!) and saw the address on the pattern I was so proud!!!
💜📚 Loved the video! Beautiful projects, you coffee/ RIT dye fabric is very nice ! Giggle 🤭 with you today. I love the idea of the liz Mathews project with your friends. And definitely will check out 2 of the books you talked about 🎉 have an amazing week 🌻
📖always such fun visiting you! Thanks for the book recommendations and all the enabling! Your finishes, wips and new starts are inspiring! Happy Crafting!
💜📕you are amazing! So many fabulous starts, wips and finishes! I love your style! Keep doing you! Thank you for your book review. I too like to listen to audio books! I’ll have to to look for some that you mentioned! Happy stitching!
💜 stitching on Mary Wigglesworth by hats. Going to rechart all the words to make a coronation sampler. Love your rechart of the Jane Austen pattern. I've always liked the sentiment on the pattern, but not the hyphen bit. Have a great vacation!
Needle organized is great...just like you said...keep 3 or 4 needles threaded and use as needed. But your bulk needles from MILLION OF STITCHES ON ETSY! I buy 50 at a time from her! Girlfriend, I love the variety of the eclectic designs you stitch....yep that would be me!! HAPPY STITCHING TODAY AND EVERYDAY IN 2023!!
Great stitching with you today. I’m with you, too many WIPs makes me anxious. I’m trying to WIP down on the big girls, but adding in smalls for variety and fun. Have a great vaca
Thank you for enabling me all the time! I downloaded Markup XP after one of your videos and today I immediately went and bought Stitchers RSVP because that is so me! Introverted was also one of my market picks and I just got the Rejoice Evermore conversion by Evertote as well. Every time I watch your videos I feel like you are reading my mind! Your stitching is gorgeous! 💜
I'm so glad markup is working for you! It's been such a game changer for me! And omg you're going to love the Rejoice Evermore conversion, it's BEAUTIFUL!
Love your new starts! I bought the Blackbird book for Christmas Garden and the cardinal was a sweet surprise! Hoping to start them both next year. Love your conversion!
Have a great road trip! That is a great idea to have multiple needles going for the Rosewood Quakers. I'm doing the Autumn one and struggle with having to change the threads so often. 📚
I bought the want to be invited kit. Love it love it. It is so me! Thank you so much for sharing your hobby with me. I have a pattern that if I could count the frogging as stitching, I would have finished and had 4 more finishes. I Am FINISHING it today. Btw, don’t you love audio books? I loved the Tessa Bailey book and there is a sequel. Btw, the chick is a gardener.
📖 I read Book Lovers last month and loved it as well. Also loved Love and Other Words but haven’t read any others by those authors yet! Great stitching too (as usual)! 😂
I always, always use a minimum of 5 needles for every project. I have a couple of those needle organizers & they are great; although mine are over 20 years old. A friend always just used 1 needle per project & I told her it will come to a time when you will get sick of threading & rethreading; she now uses at least 20 needles for each of her projects & uses something like the needle organizer that she MADE HERSELF. Yes, the only way to go. Can't wait for your book section. Take care. Jeanette Sizzle
💜 you have a lot of fun things going. I have been stitching my red sampler Maria Vincenza Laricchia from HATS. I recently saw someone show one of the Fox and Rabbit free SALs that was a couple years ago with some Quaker motifs and a butterfly and more. Might be a good one for red too. Have a great weekend
Thanks for info for recharting. If you’re interested Helen D did floss tube extra 1 month ago with information about ordering frames to fit our projects. Enjoyed seeing all your stitching.
Lovely Flosstube, can’t wait to see your ladies round Robin. I just finished watching Marjorie’s wip parade and love her idea of having all the different colors.
💜 Thanks for another great flosstube. Loved seeing all your projects and starts. I love Falu red by Roxy Flossco. It is such a fabulous red. I just recently started Under the Stars by Modern Folk Embroidery using a red variegated DMC but it would look amazing in Falu red. It’s a big a$$ piece but it is stunning. You should check it out for a monochromatic red piece.
That one is gorgeous! I was looking through the MFE catalog, but I'm looking for something smaller and all the patterns I love from them are huge, lol!
Love Everything that you show in the Video. Everything is so pretty. I am reading The Mystery of the Tolling Bell - Book #23 - Nancy Drew Mystery by Carolyn Keene. I am almost done with this. Take Care & Happy Stitching - Reading ❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵🔰📒📚📖❤️
You're not a terrible SAL partner, girl! lol. I love your start on Tis the Season - your colors are just perfect on that fabric! It's looking amazing. And now you've got a great start for future holiday stitching when the season arrives! So fun catching up on all your pretty projects :)
📖 I really enjoy hearing all your book reviews so of course I'm here for it all. Also I just picked up Miss Bingley's library to do as my birthday start. 💗
The things unseen sampler is so beautiful, I can certainly see why you want to stitch it and looking forward to seeing your progress once you start it! Also, love the sweater, just a pretty color! 💜 Also I am LOVING a blackwork piece I am working on but just realized I am a fully 10 stitches off- here comes the frog.... 🐸 📚
I watched a flosstube earlier this week (Virginia Sitcher) and was drawn to the Long Dog Sampler and found 4 monochromatic patterns I want to purchase.
@@TheMuseumStitcher that is one of the four the charts I want to get. They are bigger than I thought they would be. Leave a Kiss is another one I’m interested in.
Hey Brijin! Ive been watching your videos for a while but I haven't commented yet! 💜 I love that you speak so openly and are true to yourself, I also think we have similar taste in projects!! My next new start is going to be the Tea Sampler from Owl Forest Embroidery. I also am so happy to see you talking about queer romance novels!! Have you ever read any historical romance? I love Lisa Kleypas, specifically the wall flower series, lots of spice, history, and romance!
Aww, thank you!! I love historical romance! Although I will say I pushed through and read the entire Bridgerton series last year and kind of burnt myself out on them for a minute! But I've got a few lined up to read here soon, I'll definitely go look that series up, I always appreciate recs! Thank you!
Love your videos. Long 📚💜 There were a couple of books that I am going to go see about getting an reading them and I have the winner Quakers with Leo and Roxy floss and Leo and Roxy fabric, so I was hoping that they do a year plus collection for the other Rosewood Manor seasons, but for now I’m working on winter
I have the Roxy floss co winter conversion as well! Though with how much I love matchy-matchy things I may just add those flosses and get the called for flosses... I've got a few months to decide lol!
I think there was a movie made from The Unhoneymooners. It may have been on Amazon Prime, but I’m not certain. I took Introverted on a road trip to Chicago and Spring Green. I didn’t stitch in the car, but worked on it every evening. I’m not sure if I’m going to frame it for my sewing room or use it as the front of a project bag. I’m leaning on the bag option. Have a great girl’s weekend.
Hi! I haven’t been stitching too much lately cause I’m on a reading kick but I think you just convinced me to read Christina Lauren, those were some great reviews! Charm offensive was literally so good!!! The ending was the best too I was worried at first 😅 📚also it happened one summer has been my fave Tessa Bailey since the main character reminds me of Alexis from schitts creek so it was a fun time 😂
AHHH someone else who has read Charm Offensive!! I loved it so much, I think I read the whole thing in a day lol! I've got It Happened One Summer on my list, I'll read anything with Schitt's Creek vibes!😂
I have an already planned new start in August, and a couple of ornaments that are in a series, so I don't really consider them new starts. I am looking forward to a lot of progress on WIP's as well. I'm planning a 5x5, but I sometimes have a hard time sticking with that. I tend to go where the stitching takes me. Lol. I love your changes on the Jane Austen piece, and your suggestion for altering a pattern. Thank you for sharing your stitching and books with us. 💜📚
Oooh what's a 5x5?👀 Do you work on one project for 5 days and then switch? I've been thinking of implementing something similar next month to try it out, you'll have to let me know! I also tend to go where the stitching takes me, lol!
@@TheMuseumStitcher That's exactly what it is, your work on a project for 5 days with 5 different projects. Carol the Saltbox Stitcher talked about it for Maynia and I've heard other Flosstubers mention it. It's at least a good plan for me and it leaves a few days leeway for other things too since it's only 25 days.
📚 I love Emily Henry's books and have her newest in my TBR stack but it's a physical book so it keeps getting pushed back. im currently finishing the last book of the ACOTAR series and some Anne Marie Meyer books. Love the stitching and book updates
💜 I'm working on a monochromatic piece in purple, my favorite color, and it can be done in any color: No More Sampler V2, by Birdies Crossing. Sad that it's still relevant, but I'm loving it. It's like therapy 😌
💜📚 Love all the new starts! I totally get being stressed out by too many WIPS. But, I just got a new chart from forbidden fiber co that is Taylor Swift themed so I need to get that started for Christmas gifts (I need to do 2 for my kids) and I just kitted up a HAED that I want to start… I did read Unhoneymooners and it was not my fave, but the Abby Jimenez book sounded good so I added that to my list to try. Excited for your kit parade
I would love to know how the needle organizer works I have one but haven’t used it yet. How do you count your stitches? Are you using Pattern Keeper or something similar? I really enjoyed everything you’re working on and all your new starts how fun! 💟I always enjoy your book reviews. I’m reading the latest outlander book right now and have Pineapple Street sitting on my nightstand waiting for me to start it. I can’t remember who it was but it was a recommendation from Flosstube. I’ve never listened to a book while stitching I usually watch Flosstube or a regular show or movie. Especially love true crime while I’m stitching. 📚
I'll definitely give an update on the needle organizer when I've gotten the chance to try it out! Hopefully it's a great fix! I use Markup, which is like the apple version of pattern keeper! I've always been interested in data and tracking, so it scratches an itch in my brain to know percentages lol!
💜 Lovely video as always!! Ugh I hate that I relate to the passive aggressive comments about too many starts 🥺I only have maybe 10 WIPs, honestly I think less, and my TikTok comments get WILD when I start a new project. People have no shame 😂
💜 I am getting back in to stitching and watching Flosstube and you are a new Flosstuber for me! I love you projects and your vibe! Looking forward to watching more! Good luck on your car stitching!

💟 Have a good road Trip! My favorite new start is “The Raven” by Evdokia Nikolaeva. It’s a big raven feather. Very cool! 🕸
How fun!
💜 I'm working on a monochromatic piece in purple, my favorite color, and it can be done in any color: No More Sampler V2, by Birdies Crossing. Sad that it's still relevant, but I'm loving it. It's like therapy 😌
That one is beautiful! I have a friend working on that one too!

💜📚 Love all the new starts! I totally get being stressed out by too many WIPS. But, I just got a new chart from forbidden fiber co that is Taylor Swift themed so I need to get that started for Christmas gifts (I need to do 2 for my kids) and I just kitted up a HAED that I want to start…
I did read Unhoneymooners and it was not my fave, but the Abby Jimenez book sounded good so I added that to my list to try. Excited for your kit parade
Oooh kitting up a HAED is always fun!! Which one did you go with?

Hi! What was the website you use to manipulate a pattern? Thanks!
Stitch Fiddle
If you like letter writing in books have you ever read Griffin and Sabine?
I haven't! I'll look it up now, thank you!

💜 Lovely video as always!! Ugh I hate that I relate to the passive aggressive comments about too many starts 🥺I only have maybe 10 WIPs, honestly I think less, and my TikTok comments get WILD when I start a new project. People have no shame 😂
Isn't it crazy?? I just love that so many people don't understand the concept of personal preference!😂 BTW, your pegboard project is EVERYTHING!!
