    I own this quad it’s amazing about time someone did a review on it. Everyone was so enamored by the HD they completely ignore that they made a V2 for only $10 more with a better vtx, frame, etc.

    • @willmercier2852
      @willmercier2852 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I think HD will eventually be dominant, but it would be way too expensive for me to buy new goggles and the units and new frames etc. Analog works fine for me right now, plus it's cheaper currently 😉

      I am trying to figure out if i should get the nazgul 5 v2 or XL5 TITAN. Reading this comment. Unless mistaking they both are pretty much identic except XL is a bit heaving but with an F7 instead of F4 and a gps...i hear only good thing about the nazgul5v2...is it ok to get an XL 5 and think i am gonna get the same perf as the nazgul5v2 if not better or i a wrong and the XL 5 titan will be slower (heavier...not as good...) thanks in advance.

    • @isaaclanier1507
      @isaaclanier1507 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Xavier-wo6ce absolutely those are all great questions. The Titan is definitely heavier, and therefore will not fly as well in general, even the Nazgul is a tad bit too heavy for a lot of people, although it’s totally manageable. You can always add a gps to the Nazgul it’s really not hard. Home style between an F4 and F7 you can go with either. The F4 still supports every feature in Betaflight it just can’t do some AS fast. However there are still multiple pro pilots like Le Drib that actually still use an F4, which shows how it definitely is still a perfectly satisfactory chip. The only real reason to buy an F7 is if you want future proofing, but by the time the F4 is outdated you’ll likely have broken it a few times over already. In the end the Titan does have some benefits, it depends on the type of flying you want to do. If you want hardcore freestyle, I’d say go with the Nazgul. If you want to do more cinematics or cruising, the Nazgul still works great however the Titan may suit you better if you don’t feel like adding a gps yourself. If you have any follow up questions just let me know

    • @HalfChrome

      You need to bind it to a receiver. If you choose a TBS crossfire receiver you need TBS crossfire. You can get the Nazgul with a FrSky receiver and bind to Radiomaster but it needs a receiver whether you opt for one or add it yourself is up to you.

      I recommend the Fatshark Recons, which are pretty nice goggles you can pick up for like $90.
      PnP does not come with a receiver, which is like a little circuit module that pairs with your transmitter.
      BnF has this receiver so all you have to do is pair a transmitter rather than solder down the board to your quad.

    I am not shure if there is any way how to fix this and it does not matter so much but still it would be nice to face the camera straight.
    If anyone who has this drone has any idea how to fix that I would really appreciate any help.
    To add, I want to buy a tiny whoop for some indoor flying and just to get a bit better in FPV because I am still a beginner. I want to buy the Eachine UZ65 I like how it looks and I think it is worth the money. It is simular to Mobula 6 but for some reason Eachine interrest me a bit more.
    However, I would really like to hear your opinion, just to know I am not from the USA, so I propably have to buy the drone from Banggood and there are not so many of them.
    Thanks to all for your help.

    I liked your enthusiasm, however nothing in your review compares this quad to the competition in terms of flight performance, stock tune, build quality or value for money ..... so why is the video titled 'The BEST BNF FPV 5" Right Now!'? Maybe your opinion was simply based on other reviews? All that stood out from your review was that the Nazgul was 'nice' (mentioned many times) , 'solid' and that you liked the TPU colour scheme .... hardly an emphatic endorsement of the 'best' 5" FPV quad!! If you'd flown the quad hard and really put it through its paces it might have lent some credibility but TBH this was a particularly unconvincing review. Please treat this as constructive feedback.
