This accent is perfect. I understand that Tolkein based Elvish off of Finnish, and as someone with a Finnish friend, its almost like hearing one of her friends talk. The intricacies of the accent are completely spot on.

Kinda caught me off guard hearing Dangerous sound basically like Winter Whispers Asmr, but as an elf, man... the range of character portrayal Dangerous has is the best on youtube by far. I was sold and I completely forgot it was Dangerous and just heard elf. Perfect job.
