It's annoying how TH-cam and other video platforms bleep out or cross out words like "sex," "dildo," even "kill." Their audience isn't made up of a bunch of cream puffs. We can handle it. Those who can't should probably avoid social media anyway.

I was a veterinarian in my past career and many vets and technicians ( including myself) favorite surgeries to do are abscess repairs. I don't know if it's because we are weird in the head or if you just gain dark humor and personality working in that specific field.

When it comes to disgusting, I can cope with wounds, blood and gore etc. but no way with vomit.
