This is one of my favorite Iron Man figures. It has right balance of red and gold. However, with that said, I still really like the Mark 42 with that unique gold color scheme. Both are striking in their own way.

Yes although I do prefer the gold they used on the mk42 in iron man 3 than the one they used in the mk42 hot toys figure, idk the gold they use on the figure just doesn’t look too good, other than that the mk43 colours look amazing
@@ayaannazir7308 Interesting points. One thing I do like about collecting multiple Iron Man figures is seeing the evolution of the suits. Seeing the metamorphosis is quite interesting.

this was my first hot toys figure way back in 2015. crazy how far they evolved the diecast line since then but still a pretty good figure for what it is

HT knows how to do die cast Iron Man figures right. I'm unclear why it works so well, but it works almost every time.
The Mark 43 has the more classic look. AND DAMN IT LOOKS GOOD. If I want gold, I just look at my Mark 21 in the collection.

I used to prefer the 43 to 42 but over time I've come to like mk 42 more after getting my hands on the hot toys figure, it's a shame that 43 didn't have different colours fingers like the 42

I absolutely love mine (with the exception of the forearms and shoulder pads... SUPER DELICATE)... I still haven't had the courage to install him into the Hulkbuster Deluxe... I know I have the leg guards buuut still 😬😆

I honestly hope they do a reissue of the Mark 42 diecast. I'm probably the second person in the world who actually like the Mark 42. I love the gold I thought it came out great.

This looks fantastic. It’s like seeing more red. I didn’t hate the Gold but it’s my least favorite. Being old school I prefer more red. I love the head/helmet option. Having the face plate on top looks sick. See Tony’s face with the helmet on looks great. Nice details with the distressed armor does it for me. I always enjoy your poses at the end.

My first die-cast iron-man was the mk45. Both the 43 and 45 were incredible but the 45 won my heart

Slowly but surely I am just 4 Iron Man Hot Toy figures away from completing the Hall of Armor. This armor was the closest to Bob Layton’s last design debuted in Iron Man #231. It’s a thing of beauty. While I liked the Iron Man 3 gold design because it’s a call back to Mark 2 in the comic books I’m a little nostalgic for the Bob Layton color scheme/look.

My mark 42 took a nosedive off the shelf and broke his left shoulder ball joint. Picked up a left mark 43 arm and slotted it in.

I really hope that the 42 and 43 get a 2.0 figure that will make them both more accurate the way that the 1/4 scale figures did, just in the 1/6th scale . These really are two of my favorite suits, but i really think the figures are a bit to outdated to purchase.

Love watching all your videos and seeing all of the awesome iron man figures ofc (bc tony is the best) also I like the battle damaged but you should have the option to have the perfect suit instead of with some scratches on Tony’s amazing red and gold

I still haven’t gotten a diecast Iron Man, I have the markII but it has it issues nevertheless is a nice figure. I want to pick up my 1st diecast & am kinda pushing for the markV is my favorite cuz I like silver instead of the gold color I only wish this one was silver as well cuz it looks beautiful but I think am going to pick up this one later. Also the mark III 2.0. Ame out & I like that one over this one. Great job those poses looked dope!

Hey I’m a huge Wonder Woman fan and was wondering if I can change the head sculpts on the figures because I want the golden armor head sculpt but on the 1984 Classic suit body

The ONLY reason I haven't picked this guy up is because of the switches in the inside of the bicepr are they terrible noticable Justin or can you work with them and hide them
