To me, this is a figure based on specific scenes in the movie. During those final scenes where Tony had damage to his armor, he didn’t use his helmet at all. So I think it’s accurate to the movie. And like others, including you, have said, he’s mainly designed to be in a particular pose. So no damage to the helmet or back doesn’t bother me either.

This new sculpt is the first sculpt of real person that looks exactly like him from all angles. So I would say this is the best sculpt ever made :D (comparing only how it looks on video)

Man, that endgame cap is just so amazing! Loved the way the trio looked. Great video as usual. I wish they gave us a battle damaged endgame cap also. Maybe one day.
I just got mine and OMG this figure is a work of art. AND I...AM...IRON MAN...snap!!! I do wish the infinity stones would light up a little better. I agree with you Justin the battery usage light up is totally outdated.
I just got mine as a starter to my project endgame, when I first saw this video, I hated when Justin complained about the batteries but now I got him. It's hard to install those batteries you have the risk of destroying one of the clips or pegs, specially on the thighs.
Man just when I thought the clean version of the Mark 85 was initially better, just seeing the weathering and damaging in your video just hits different, especially when you put him in the finger snap pose

For the very first time, I have purchased both the normal and the battle damaged version of the same figure and I don’t regret it. It kinda made my wallet bleed, but it will heal eventually. Can’t wait to have this figure on my hands!

The normal version has the "spider repulsor" while the battle damage doesn't, but the bd does have the finger snapping pose and the diorama base while the normal version doesn't. This might upset you, but it is what it is. But I can guarantee you, whichever version you choose you wont be disappointed!

I got this one with intent to use the accessories on my clean 85 and have the BD posed on his knees. Been debating for a few weeks if it’s worth having two of the same character to do that… As for the head. It is interesting how the Stank head has a lot of similarities to the bloody head. But something I learned in art class is that sometimes a super tiny tweak can make someone look realistic to uncanny valley. So clearly the stank has that but trying to fingers out where is difficult

to anyone saying its too clean it makes sense its that clean its nano tech and if diffrent parts are moving hes constantly moving the nanos making it look cleaniner
I just expected this will have much more battle damage either on the suit or even a bit more in the headsculpt. Luckily I will only pose this in one possible pose like 99% of us who purchased it. All the accessories I will use it for fun with my clean 85 one

I'm not going to lie. I'm a little irritated because they released the battle damaged Mk85 after they released the undamaged model. I would have preferred both released at the same time so you have a choice without losing your deposit. I bought the original Mk85 because I wasn't sure if they were going to release a damaged version or package it as a separate accessories to purchase like the nanotech predecessor. Not going to take back my love but the damaged version has waaay more going for it.

It looks great, but a lot of people (if not all of them) are going to have this figure in it's knees with the snapping fingers, so I'm pretty happy with my clean version!
Today I receive my copy of the regular MK85 as a gift to myself for christmas and freaking love it. Only complain is I got the "sick" head scult, the figure is a 10/10 non the less

Awesome review Justin! I love this battle damaged release, the only thing missing is sculpted damage on the helmet and back but everything else is brilliant. This final iron man will be remembered well
This looks really good! The helmet being clean is annoying but I don’t think anyone would have it on anyway 🤣 This is also the first time I’ve seen the replacement head and the old 85 head together and damn the replacement is an improvement! I love anything battle damaged (iron man 6, 7, Terminator figures and zombie Deadpool) so I definitely want this! A home run from hot toys!
I just wish they had made a deluxe version where you can add the damaged armor pieces and head sculpt with the regular version but I understand they want to make money.
