    Nicely said, budget is driven by coalition compulsion. Nothing for the so called marginalised. Certain states are completely ignored. The fisherfolk, the rubber farmers, etc. The way the FM vociferously defends the budget is amazing, no shame at all. Unfortunate that the Bjp govt at the centre has no respect for federalism.

      @viewithnishikant 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Uff1234 India Today print media has an article on the Prime Minister's clothing expenses, ironically emphasizing that no taxpayer money is used for them. It's laughable that this trivial matter gets attention while critical issues like investment, national image, and security are at stake. Maybe the PM should just sit around doing nothing? These meetings, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs, are essential for our global standing, yet some seem more interested in fabric than in progress.
      The RTI activist Sabharwal had sought the information from PMO to give details about the expenditure done (year wise) on the clothing of Atal Bihari Vajpayee from March 19, 1998, till May 22, 2004.
      Similar information was sought for Manmohan Singh during his tenure from May 22, 2004, till May 26, 2014. According to a Times of India report, for PM Narendra Modi, the information was sought from May 26, 2014, till now.
      The PMO office also mentioned that it may be noted, that expenditure on personal attire of PM is not borne on government account.
      THE RTI REPLY
      When Sabharwal received the RTI reply, he said that several people assume that the massive amount of expenditure is borne by the union government upon the clothes of PM Modi, but now that the RTI has replied, it is clarified that the government is not bearing any cost which comes along with PM's clothes.
      According to the report, RTI activist Sabharwal said that he filed the RTI last year on December 9.
      The aim was to clear the air around allegations levelled by political parties especially the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal on PM Modi were right or wrong.
      State general secretary of BJP Jeevan Gupta said that RTI information has unravelled the fact that opposition parties were upto a futile commotion. He added that since the opposition parties have hardly anything substantial to do, they comment over PM Modi's clothes. Gupta also said that once PM Modi wore a designer suit which was later auctioned.

    Sasi Tharoor spoke about the issues faced by the common man and about the real state of the economy. Milind is talking about big projects, but Sasi talked about the pitiable condition of MSME sector which gives maximum employment. The final joke from Milind is that the government's role in employment creation is minimal. But the government is taxing the common man heavily and give tax reduction to corporates 😮

      What are you talking about man? No private jobs? There are a lot of high paying private jobs. People are simply not skilled enough. I work in the corporate world. I know the kind of employees companies are forced to hire simply because they cannot find anyone good enough. And even the experienced folks with the requisite skills are reluctant to do the job which they are being paid handsomely to do. They don't even show up to office. And I am not even talking about government jobs here. In private companies people are like this. I had long stopped blaming the government for anything. Because people in the government are no different to the everyday people I see around me. All of them are corrupt, lack basic civic sense, unprofessional, unskilled and downright pathetic.

      I understand the pain of Taxes and that burden. But this is the cyclic effect brought down by the previous governments including this government, and also by not bringing more people under the tax regime gradually. For example, farmers do not come under tax even if they are earning 10 times more than me or you. This is the scary part: if the government taxed farmers, all the streets of Punjab and the common man would get on the road for the strikes. We are our own enemy. Opposition rants on Adani Ambani issues, opposing projects which are in the welfare of states and its public. I had high hopes for the opposition but when I see them blabber things and the same rhetoric without any sensible facts then it aches me. I literally cannot defend them just for the sake of defending them.

Again, shashi tharoor was telling on apportioning from CSR funds, again, it is better management rather than inflation fuelling money supply from government and at the same time addressing the issue of employment. Milind has nicely said about on cell phone importing creating debt and today exporting providing employment and containing trade deficit. It is the financial management one has to look and that is excellent.

UPA then gave Bihar huge grants at that time and when Nitish came to power, Bihar state was not mentioned in the budgets. 6th- Just because the states names are not there in the budget, it does not mean they are not been given a share and they have to be given a share according to Finance commission guidelines and rules.

Most MSMEs don't give internships as they want directly trained manpower to survive. So ultimately rich cos. are benefitted thru this. Rich cos. already give good internship money. What's help of Rs. 5000/- a month to them? 😃🤣 20:32
