when i made all layers 3d the wings were not visible but on changing z position it is visible can u please explain how to solve that issue?
Same here, this is the the 5th or so video ive watched and it never works....everything works, the wing flapping, but when I pre-compose or try to "merge" the layers, nothing. its flat when I move the entire thing on the X axis
Mine doesn't show the ping pong expression/after effects 2020

What is the name of the app?
After effects
I've watched 5 videos now, and my butterfly always gets stuck looking flat no matter how many times I follow the instructions, its so weird.
Did you select the "3D Layer" option? (that little cube next to the layer name)
-> loopOut("pingpong")
When I try to make the movement of the butterfly it isnt like yours: 7:26
But very good tutorial, thanks :D
I don't understand how you separate the layers....
Can you please mention the duration of the time?
@@MotionTutorials 0:22 the illustrator part
@@Khushiwaliaitis Copy and paste this is the simple way to separate the layers
Ugh, so much painstaking effort to reproduce a 3D visual with 2D tools. Why put yourself through the agony?
Sorry, just an old 3D nut rediscovering gfx with Blender. And full Adobe suite subscriber for far too long. I love AE and wish I could use it betterer.
