Patti; love how you discuss using laser printer versus ink-jet! Tips are always useful to hear. That rice paper is so cool, and love those transfers you printed out to use! Absolutely lovvvving😍💓 how you aged the clay pot as well! "Patti🧚♀️ THE Decoupage Queen" -- always GREAT videos; bee-u-tiful work!!👍🌿💌
Thank you so much for this video. I bought a roll of blank rice paper and have been struggling with getting it through the printer. Now I can save it for stamping. I have been following you for several years and you never disappoint. Your music is great too.
We have been looking into buying a printer. Just for my crafts... :) I would love to print out words and graphics, like from the Graphics Fairy. I'll check out your printer recommendation. It's a big commitment so I'm a bit nervous. Thank you for your demo this morning...!!! It's perfect!
What a great video!!!l And yes thank you for doing the whole craft, because Im a newbie in decoupage so I need all the steps :) ! And hopefully you'll consistently have a lot of new followers :) great in explaining all steps, ty!!
I discovedred that kind of rice paper for inkjet printer two years ago or so, but never bought it. I am afraid to damage my printer. It has some issues to draw normal paper. Otherwise, I would have started to design my own rice paper looooong ago :-/ Btw: Thank your for sharing, much appreciated!
Hello, I just found your channel and I love it! I wanted to order the laser paper and when I click on your link for it I get “printing labels” is that correct? Or perhaps the link is not the correct one. Thank you!
Carolyn, I am not an expert, but I think rice paper is preferable because it produces a ragged, "feathery" edge when torn. A ragged edge helps the printed design blend seamlessly into the painted background. Tear a piece of tracing paper to see if it leaves a ragged, or a straight, line and please let us know. Plus, isn't tracing paper too lightweight to go through a printer? Best wishes!

The entrance to the video has been masterful! Thank you!! I was missing something unusual for at least 1 year.
I've used Polycrylic spray on paper, from my inkjet printer, before decoupaging. Two light coats did the trick and the ink did not run or smear. 😊😊😊

I never was able to find which laser printer you said was best
Hi Lisa, I use the Hp laser printer but my goodness, have they gone up in price! Like everything else I guess. :)
I do love watching your videos.
Thank you for sharing the information and tips.
I am shopping for a laser printer and rice paper.
Love this project Patti. Is this particular rice paper transparent when decoupaged? How would it look on a colored surface?
Thanks
I loved it, thanks for sharing 🌹❤️
Can’t wait to try it !

How do I find the brand and type of rice paper???
Where can we get this paper since it’s no longer available on Amazon?
Why did you peel back the dragon fly but not the picture on the back?

What would be the difference between rice paper and tracing paper?
