Question - I’ve heard if you don’t bake in the oven, cure time for decoupage glue is 30 days.
1. Do I need to wait until it cures before adding top coat?
2. If no, do I still wait 30 days for cure time even once I’ve added a top coat or do I wait the amount of time of the top coat?
Does that make sense? 🤪

Nice video but if you want to put lites in your bottle you can't really put white paint you won't be able to see the lites what would you do as far as a first coat thanks oh I use a chalk paint with a very very small mix of paint to match my napkin. Thank you
