Interesting review. I appreciate the concise style. Wish this game came with a player aid... So many details.

    I love this game!!!😍 its amazing!! 😎
About the color blindness problem with these dice, on Aliexpress you can get new colors of dice of the same size and shape.
I replaced those gray tones of the original dice with other white (wool), black (stone) and dark blue (iron).
    Sorry my english.

Totally agree. Im a little colour blind and i had to keep double checking the colour of the stone, steel and wool dice with the other players.
Other than that and the drab look, its a good game

They should release new "better dice expansion" for the game. 😅 With brighter and more distinct colors for color blinded (and for not color blinded) 😂

Agree. Great dice drafting euro but no theme at all which i don;t mind so long as the puzzle is good.

Now I'm even more conflicted, but the idea of chaining combos sounds perfect. Yet, it's usually a 2 player count for me, so I'll probably pass. THANKS FOR THE REVIEW and SUBSCRIBED

Yeah. I really love this game, but the similar dice/resource colour is a major oversight. Even thought the game doesn't have ANY theme, I actually quite like the way it looks and the mechanics are tied together well enough not for me to care!

Have seen many vlogs on how great the mechanics are and how bad the art is and how drab the colours are. Pity, it could have been a pleasure to view on the table.

      @BoardGameBollocks  ปีที่แล้ว +2

The art isn’t bad it’s just the colour scheme is so drab. Not sure why they went with that seeing as other Tascini games look stunning.

I am split like the resouces and actions on Tiletum. It is already sold out enough to know I wont get it at very low price as it never really went below they were selling it at stores...
Money aside its at the same time seems boring in eurones and very engaging just because of the rondel action selection with dices.

  • @ScytheNoire

I think there is some sort of requirement that Euros have boring themes, boring colour palettes, and boring artwork.
Wish more publishers would slap on more interesting themes.

I will volunteer to be the criminal sitting in the stocks having rancid tomatoes chucked at me.
    Sounds like more fun.
(Standard disclaimer: if you like it I don’t begrudge you the “pleasure “ - except insofar that it encourages them to make more SLEUGS like this)

It’s just the two dice that are an issue. Not sure if it will affect your colour blindness as the offending ones are shades of greys…it’s more that they don’t really match the tokens associated with them.

@@BoardGameBollocks The blue (iron), the light grey (wool) and the dark grey (stone) dice are all interchangeable in my optics, and my eyes are fairly colour sensitive.

Cool review. But can't agree. This board game is like sitting in math class. I just can't see why people would sit down to do calculations in their free time.
You might as well be playing Solitaire, for all the interaction you have with the other players.
Also, learning the ropes is tedious af. I feel like Al Capone's accountant with all the sh*t i have to pay attention to.
