HP says this is not compatible all of a sudden. Have been using this for years and all of a sudden “offline “. Tests say it is not offline. Thank you so very much- you are awesome
Have you tried searching for the latest update for the printer? You can find this on the settings tab in the printer’s menu. If that doesn’t work, I recommend performing a reset to factory settings on the printer. This can also be done using the printer’s screen

+dayna georgakopoulos What page size are you using to print. This is not something you can adjust on the printer. When you print on your computer make sure to select the correct paper size. In This case, you need to select either A4 or Letter.

Will it work with Windows 7? When I was forced to upgrade to 64-bit computers, I insisted on installing Windows 7 over Windows 8 on my computer. Hardware may or may not improve with time, but software ALWAYS gets worse. Corollary to Moore's Law. Hence, I try to keep the EARLIEST version of Windows possible. Win 8 & Win 10 are horrible.
Mark Warren if you have a printer with a paper feeder put the page in and once your first one is gone in the paper feeder, put your other pages in one by one. Hope this was helpful.

Wow! Thank you, finally somebody answered and I had given up. I threw my hands up and said forget it and I haven't touched it since October last year. I had struggled with that for Month's I would draw a diagram and then the next time I would do it again it would be different each time. It was just an agonizing attempt is all I can call it. It is either the layout of your card or you are printing double sided long sided instead of short sided. Those are my suggestions. I hope they help.
