    Settings > Extensions > Enable Track Separation. Thank you! This was not explained in the other vids I've watched about Stems so far. Now, I'll go back and watch this whole video and get into mapping some buttons.

    thanks, though not used with a DDJXP2 I needed a better understanding of configuring the pad modes without Midi Mapping and your video really did that. This helped me get my DJM S7 pad mode configured.

    Can you use actual stems with record box and the XP2? I tend to get a track and buy/d/l the stems if available.

    Do you need a payment plan to use the functionality? I have the DDJ-RB to unlock the performance mode.

      You should be able to use it. Turn it on in the extension menu. Make sure you upgrade to the latest version

      I don’t believe you need a payment plan. I can’t say for sure as I have a subscription. However, I can’t remember seeing that you do from any release notes.

      No you do not!
      What I did was;
      1) Do a rekordbox backup and copy to USB
      2) backup all my music files to USB
      3) use update manager to download and install 6.7
      Number 1 I would 1000% advise to do. Number 2 is more optional.
      But you just run the update in place over top.
