Hi cuties. I tried elf Halo Glow Liquid Filter for the first time, without using any foundation because it's summertime and Vegas is just too hot. It's light and easy to blend due it's sheer formula. It gives the illusion of beautiful glowing skin in my opinion. There was a time when I couldn't stand a Dewy finish. They look and feel so nice with lighter products. I did this GRWM without talking to allow you to enjoy the video with just music, but I will come back and do a talking video to let you know my thoughts on this Liquid Filter.
