    Thank you so much for this video. I have been going through burnout recently and this really helps me know that im not alone. Being self-destructive can really destroy and break down someones mental health and this is so comforting to me knowing that im not alone so truly, thank you.

    I was suffering for burnout since january and feeling kinda bad about not studying the violin enough, It’s reassuring to know that I not the only one... rn i feel better and motivated to study!

      Aw I’m so happy to hear you feel better! Burnout is prob one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to experience esp when it goes on for so long. It means a lot that you felt something from this video🥰🥰

    OMG thank you for being so brave to share this with all of us. Burnout is definitely never fun to deal with, especially when you feel like you have to deal with it by yourself. I definitely have to deal with burnout, too, and I can feel your struggle. But I’m very glad that you found happiness and motivation, in the end.

      I think burnout is one of those things that you ultimately have to overcome by yourself which makes it harder but I think it’s definitely getting easier. Thank you so much!
