    The fact he had a fractured skull & Tylenol in his system makes me believe she was abusing him ., she hit him to hard that particular time & he was sobbing continuously in pain so she gave him Tylenol for the pain not knowing she fractured his skull .. he eventually went to sleep and didn’t wake up because that’s wat happen when you don’t get medical attention.. the only reason why her other kids wasn’t done that way is because she probably scared herself so bad with that situation she probably was scared to ever do that again … she thought she got away but God sits high .. she was never getting away with that !

    They should have hit her with every misdemeanor possible like fraud for the false child support claim, criminal trespass for going into those woods to commit the crime of concealing a body, even if those crimes were only punishable by 1-2yrs each. They could have ran them consecutively and tacked on another at least 5yrs.

    • @Ms2unique4u
      @Ms2unique4u 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      I know the evidence just wasn’t quite there, partly because of Teresa concealing the body, but also because the prosecution, especially the African American lady, was terrible! She couldn’t formulate her sentences worth a damn! The time when she was questioning her own witness(Dr. Jackson), she couldn’t even properly ask her question! She tried 3 times, each time having to go back to the lead prosecutor to ask her how to phrase her question. On the 3rd try she still got it wrong and the lead prosecutor had to ask the Judge if she could take over the questioning. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The only saving grace was that the prosecution was proffering the expert witness’s testimony, therefore the jury wasn’t present!
      Also, let’s not forget the fact that two of the prosecution’s expert witness’s testimonies were in opposition! I mean, how can you have two of your expert witnesses NOT in agreement with one another?!? 🤦🏾‍♀️
      I couldn’t believe it! I won’t go into what the testimony was about, I’ll just say it had to do with the manner in which it’s acceptable to collect certain information, in order to obtain a correct dosage level, which had to do with the toxicology level of acetaminophen/diphenhydramine in William’s decomposing bone tissue versus the blood that was no longer there.
      Long story short….the prosecutors should have been better! 👩🏻‍💼👩🏾‍💼🫣

    She should have been charged with at least manslaughter. She knows she had something to do with his death that is why she left him in the woods and never told anyone. The fact that she was able to do everything for her daughter speaks volumes about how she felt about William. To go 20 plus years and not look back she is a cruel monster. Should be serving a life sentence.

    • @cjking4511
      @cjking4511 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      Maybe the detectives fumbled here. What I mean is the victim was found 6 months later but it took "20 years" to figure out who the victim is. IMO DNA testing existed 20 years ago and could have helped the DA file charges against the mother 20 years ago. That would have blocked this trial from happening in 2024 because she would have been convicted 20 years ago

They’ve only been doing this the past 5 years & took years to be able to link genetic data in multiple databases. If the dna isn’t in the system due to not having criminals in the family that has shared their DNA via the court system, there wasn’t any way to determine or have the money to pay for such advanced testing. The first person found &
      Charged in this manner was the golden gate killer who was a retired cop. When he was found, she knew it, she should or could have come forward any time during those years, yet nobody knew William where she moved to.

William knew from the 1st time that he saw Ms. Ava that she was his angel. They recognized each other from before.They have a connection that surpasses this life. That was not their 1st encounter. And it will not be their last. Ms. Ava you will see William again. William has been around you and he was the one pushing you. William has looked out for you many times and I know you know it. Always celebrate his birthday as you have. That's so important. Never stop. He's a little watchful guardian. And you are his mother.

    I think she should have received 20 years for murder. She left over twenty years go without talking to authorities. Clearly she was trying to conceal HER crime. She is the only one responsible and I think she is a finger pointer at everyone else being guilty and she is the poor victim. She does not own her actions on this crime or any other crimes she has committed. Awful case!

    The jury can only go by the evidence they are given. They are not privy to everything so that’s why the D.A. and defense attorneys have to fight to keep certain things out and include crucial things lawful to the case.

    I was horrified by the verdict, but even 2 of the state’s experts couldn’t agree whether the drug levels were toxic. My degree is in chemistry and to me it was so logical. I can’t understand why the state thought it was a good idea to put them both on. What kind of message did it send to the jury? So I’m not surprised at the verdict. Frustrated, disappointed and furious, but not surprised
