Hi Adrian, thank you for this ... if you were creating course content recordings and want to switch from slides to iPad screen so you can illustrate something by drawing it out using the pencil in a notes app, how would you best do this? Thanks!

Hi Adrian, do I need a Pro plan to do this? I'm currently on standard. When I plug in my iphone on my mac, under the camera tab in ecamm, I'm not seeing my phone as a camera to select. Could you help? Thanks a million!

No, it's not a Pro feature. I always connect the phone first then open Ecamm. Try reloading it.
Try turning your phone on and off, try using a different USB port, make sure your phone and ecamm are up to date.
If you're still stuck come back to me ;)

Hi @AdrianSalisbury, is it possible to use iPad with keynote so you send the full presentation to ecamm but see the presenter view on the iPad?
This would be cool so you could even use a green screen effect to have floating white text over your image, while still seeing what’s on the next slide (and the notes!)

So keynote on your Mac, presenting to your iPad? I guess so. I do it with keynote on my iPad but I don’t get to see next screen, I rely on a script

@@AdrianSalisbury no, keynote on iPad with presenter view, sending just the slide to ecamm on Mac.
From what I can tell the only way to do this is with HDMI from iPad - USB will only share the iPad screen.
