When people did not want to do such exercises with feelings of aggression he suggested them to be like actors acting the role for a movie and thus inspired them to do it with feelings.
Hey together, thanks for your expressions. I understand the different points by themselve. But, for expample, point 1 is about appreciate what is and expand it (like the stuckness or pain) and at point 2 there is the focus more on what I really want and where my body feels good. Is there not a contradiction between them? Just want to understand them right. Thanks☀️
@@seppsepplinger7454 great question… the core practice here is acceptance of our experience and not being in resistance to it… this creates more stress. The second to supporting us to align to the reality and experience we want to create, from a place of wholeness, rather than fear or lack. I hope that is helpful 🙏
