Beautiful wood as you said. As a carpenter I would like to know what kind it is. I would say that it has a shellac finish but not really sure. The wood looks to be mahogany but again I'm not sure. If you have time I wish you could tell me if you know. If not I will go on a Internet hunt for the information. As always thanks for your time and effort. Much appreciated.
