It’s just a PS3 with a force feedback G25 wheel. I simply Frankenstein fit a 16:9 monitor since the PS3 HD version of Daytona doesn’t support 4:3. I would’ve been awesome if it can since I have 19” 4:3 that would fit perfectly inside the monitor mount of arcade1up cab.
The mod is a PS3 and a G25 force feedback wheel. The hardest part is buying Daytona USA from PSN using a PS3. Sony wants to kill the PS3 asap. You can also get Daytona USA from Xbox Store and get a force feedback wheel setup. Xbox os better since you can run Daytona USA from multiple Xbox consoles.
@@retrogamingpinballis Daytona still on the ps store? I purchased it on Xbox 360 and transferred it to my Xbox series X. I wish I would have purchased it on my Xbox one so I could have multiplayer on 2 arcade cabs. Nice work in yours!
That’s a weird version of Galaga.
Haha!
"hey my galaga not working" lol
Lol

Fun fact tom brown is the guy who drives the 41 hornet car
The nostalgia burns
Daytonaaaaaaaaa!
sick setup! I wanted to have the same setup and play nfs, american truck simulator, and of course classic arcade games. including sega super GT
Burnout Paradise uses the force feedback really well also!
Forza Motorsport [really any version idk] or Horizon works good with the wheel I think

Genio. No sabia como hacer un mueble para ese gran juego. Ahora q te vi de me abrio un mundo de posibilidades.
Thank you, it was a lot fun building the cab.
@@retrogamingpinball esta muy bueno. Yo tambien are lo mismo.. thank

Im so jealous. This is awesome, even if the monitor is too big, its badass.👍🤙🏁
Thanks!
Great set-up
Thanks!
We always played Expert with manual in the arcade.
Does the steering wheel have tension like the OG arcade? 🤔
Yes it has a strong force feedback very similar to the arcade. But you can adjust the feedback in game but I set it at the strongest response.
The wheel is an old Logitech G25. From the PS3 era but still works like new.
Wait... Galaga looks different these days... eh, probably just me.
😁
Would it be possible to make the same with a ps2 game? And what would be the difficulty?
I need to look into that, for now the easiest is the ps3 and xbox ones/s/x.
DAYTONAAAAAAAAAAA
Nice one😊
Thanks !
Please tell me theres a write up on how you built this.

@@retrogamingpinball did they pull daytona? I cant find it in the store
Good modification

wait a minute this isn’t galaga
Without a real CRT is not the same. Nice game though...
True, the strong force feedback of the wheel is very nostalgic though.
I keep the wide-screen at least
DAYTONAAAAAAA LETS GO AWAY

Dawg you have a gearshift and you chose automatic 💀
Hahahaha!
Hello, what is your screen size? Much appreciated
Hello, it’s an old Dell 24 inch 1920x1080.
@@retrogamingpinball thanks it still looks awesome
Not nice to make people jealously nostalgic, sir!!!!! 😢
I wish Arcade1up would release a force feedback capable version whenever they decide to release it.
is this that on xbox 360?😊
Haha
Says ps3 in the title
Xbox still sells the game and can be played using 360, One, Series S X. Widescreen and 60fps.
Lo quiero. Cuánto quieres por el?
Gay tunaaaaaaaaaaaa!
You are Pony 🤭🤣😭😭😭😭
Haha!
no is ps3
It's the PS3 version
