    Another solution to the first question at 16:11: after choosing all points and double clicking to confirm the placement, hover over the corner you want to set off from and type "y" (for y- axis) and then "5-" and confirm by hitting enter. You can even do this kind of offset without the dimension tool enabled to create a temporary guideline.

    Eric thanks for your tips. i have an issue regarding finding the actual height of wall in schedule when its intersecting with a slab. can you help me with this?

    Eric thanks for the free tips. Don't mean to complain about something that is free, however a 2 hour clip is too long to watch (at least someone like me that's working full time). Have you maybe considered doing a 'trailer' or a condensed version of this, so that people can quickly get a sense of what the tips are and then decide whether to watch the video or not? Even better would be to index the timestamps so that people can jump straight to the points they are most curious about. Thanks and have a nice day!
