I had a lot of fun as I vlogged this day for you and my hopes are you enjoyed watching along! So much is happening every, single day and I try my best to keep you in the loop. I’m planning a video in which I share all of the stuff I bought for the apartment (brand name etc.) so be patient for that one :) Regardless, you’re always welcome to ask away in the comments. xx
I love how realistically you're taking about your apartment and money. It is so relatable and makes watching your videos to a safe space. Thank you for still putting in the effort to film and cut your videos even though there's so much going on in your life!
Thank you so much! Ah I'm really happy that you appreciate it! It's a struggle to balance everything out and I'm still learning to. But thank you for your kind words
I clicked soooo fast when I saw you uploaded a new video! I love your style of vlogging and I am so excited for you to have this new chapter of living on your own, I am proud of you!
That’s amazing!! Next video will actually be a day in my half marathon training - hopefully it’ll give you some inspiration for your own training! Hugs
As someone who has been considering to move to a Scandinavian country the unexpected pov of someone who has moved to Denmark was really interesting and useful!! Thanks a lot 💗
I’m really glad this is your insight on how I presented everything! It’s definitely not glamorous, easy and without its difficulties when moving to Copenhagen :’) glad I helped!❤️
When I decided to study on my own in France from Indonesia 10 years ago, all I took with me was my medium-sized suitcase, which could hold two weeks' worth of clothes. However, I was lucky enough not to have to pay anything towards my tuition fees as I was awarded an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. As far as the budget is concerned, I usually make a meal plan for the week in a head, which costs less than going to the supermarket every time I need to cook. Shopping at the farm market, which is held once a week, has also helped me as not only do you get half the price of the ingredients in the supermarket, but they're also fresher than the ingredients available in the supermarket. Anyway, I really like your flat. It's beautiful and very soothing.
Loved seeing the progress on your apartment! For a long time, I didn't tell anyone at work about the TH-cam videos I made because I didn't want them to take me less seriously. Once I started to open up and share, I found that almost everyone thought, if anything, it was cool. Either way, I think the most important thing is remembering that it's something I enjoy doing apart from my work life. I hope you find the same as you transition to university!
You seem to be very happy lately, nice to see. Hope you really feel that way! Thanks for your nice content and hopefully you will like the new neighbourhood in Copenhagen. In any case, it looks very nice!
i adore your videos katharina, i have been watching you for the past year, following along with your journey. I am going to Copenhagen tomorrow actually which is so exciting, especially now seeing you living there it looks like such a wonderful place. I haven't been running at the moment (for health related reasons-trying to regain weight and a period back) but my Mum will be doing a parkrun on saturday! I'm looking forward to the pastries and hopefully cocktails, maybe i'll go to Jojo! I've seen your strava and you are so fast, it is really inspiring me to get better so I can run again.
Hi dear, thank you so much for sharing this with me! It’s surreal that you’ve been around for more than a year! I hope you’ll have an amazing time and enjoy Copenhagen. Feel free to dm me on insta if there’s anything I can help you with! Hugs x
Hey Katharina, I love your videos, very good for relaxing after work.😃 I also like your interior design style and your sense of aesthetics. I hope you settle in quickly and have a good start to your studies!! 🎉😊 xx
Perfect ending to my day watching this after the start of school!! Looking forward to keep seeing your runs and study sessions while I do the same this fall
Hey Katharina! Just an idea: For the shoe storage area, you could buy a short wardrobe, like the Mackapar model from IKEA, and place it next to your kitchen counter. You could then extend your kitchen counter with using top of it. Or you can just decorate it :)
Make sure the air fryer is not coated with teflon that leaches microplastics into the food.If you use it make sure the food is in a glass container. They do have stainless stelar fryer's which are so safe.
Could you please explain how and where do you start looking for these youth apartments in Copenhagen? I'm contemplating starting Uni in cph next year too and these kind of apartments seem perfect
I really like your vlog style! I'll be moving into a small space like yours in a month, and I was wondering where your table is from. I find it really challenging to find cute small furniture.
I bought them at mobilifiver :) I must sat tho that the delivery was a nightmare, 10+ days delayed and It took two attempts before they managed to deliver :')
Hey, I love your videos, especially the moving to copenhagen series. I'm moving in october there and is sooo helpful, it gives me a realistic view of all the things my place is going to need too. Where is the dining table from, I LOOOVE IT. Thanks :)
Tnx! :) There's a laundry room in my basement where I pay to do my laundries. I usually just use the washing machines and leave it to dry on hangers in my room as I show in the video.

Hi! I’m happy that you will participate in half-marathon 15.09. Maybe someone who participates do want to meet before or after race for coffee and bun or for jogging - I will be happy. I’m 24, from Ukraine and I will come to Copenhagen especially for the race (11.09-18.09).

Hi, would you like to visit my country I'll show you beautiful places, museums, culture, art galleries, mountain valleys and you can enjoy different types of cuisine as you never eat before ❤😊
Unfortunately, that’s not the reality. First of all, student apartments are extremely difficult to get because of the competition. They’re priced well above 5000DKK and the location will most likely not be great because of that. Furthermore, most of them are sized 27-30m2. I chose this apartment because it’s perfect for me and my needs. I’ve been wanting to move out for many years and I couldn’t miss this opportunity. I do not want to rely on my studies in order to live somewhere, hence why I didn’t want to rent a student apartment.
