Instead of net localgroup administrator write only netplwiz then you can enter the administrator menu, where you can set your current user account into administrator
I tryed everything and then I found this video and followed your instructions and it worked perfectly, After I logged into the new account I was able to do a System Restore and now have every thing back to nornal thanks to you, The problem started when i changed from an Admin account to a Local account and then the UAC fucked me up totally and i couldn't change anything back, Great video saved my life, Thankyou
Hello kapil wen i did the echecmode comande its not openet like administartor the comanda lunch as a normal user i think its because my windows its a home edition 😢 i cand activate it whit a pro version beause im not adminiatrator

Guys, the simplest way is to do these instructions in Safe Mode with Command Prompt
