I’m watching this on silent. Your baking by candlelight. THAT is a cool idea. When my children were small. I used to light a fire in the fireplace and light kerosene lamps and they would sit around the fire and I would read Little House books.
Such a blessing to have something so wholesome to watch and so inspiring, too. You have such a peaceful and kind soul. Thank you for sharing your life!🩵
There is only 3.5 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas so i am keeping my dining area decorated for Thanksgiving and putting my Christmas tree up in the living room which is a separate area so i can enjoy it longer.
Great idea! I try to be so intentional not to decorate for Christmas till after Thanksgiving. I just love Thanksgiving and don't enjoy rushing through the season. This is a great way to savor both. ☺️
Black Friday means I stay home and binge my favorite content creators! Dec 1st is when we start decorating for Christmas! Love all the ideas you shared!
I love the way the blue ornaments and the brown ones turned out, so pretty. The mitten garland is just adorable. Thanks for the inspiration. Oh my, those croissants you made, I was drooling!😅 Have a great weekend🦃🌲!!
Those ornaments turned out so beautiful and it truly is amazing that you can take plastic ornaments and paint them and make them look anything but plastic. The croissants looked amazing.
I love the colors you chose! I have done a blue/white/silver Christmas for the last few years. I love how wintery and icy it looks, but it is missing the warmth of Christmas for me. I am definitely going to exchange the silver for gold this year! They look beautiful together 🎄✨️. Thank you!!
I think you are the definition of ARTIST! The ornaments that you painted are exquisite, Andrea! Fun that you found 4 of the glass ornaments....one for each of your darling little boys! Their names might be cute in them! Now I can't wait to see the boys' tree! Your croissants looked divinely delicious! Wonderful uplifting video!
I have just found your channel. You are a joy to listen to and watch as you turn thrifted items into gold. I love the baking too, there is so much to love here. I'm in the UK and love neutral tones. Thank you so much for sharing some of your life and talents. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving if you celebrate.
SO, SO 💙ly Andrea! I 💙 all your diy projects. SO 💙ly! I haven’t had a Christmas tree for four years now. We’ve been living in 500 square feet and don’t have room, but I bought two dollar tree Christmas trees and a tiny one at Hobby Lobby to put in my kitchen. We are going to be moving into a new cape cod home that we started two years ago and hey husband has done a lot of the work except for building the frame. We have been in missions for twenty years now overseas and now in the states, so it has been a journey that God is still doing and I wish I could tell you how much He has done for us. This note would be so long. God is still teaching me so much about trusting Him. I’m now in my 60’s but still learning complete reliance on Him. Thank you for being a godly wife and mother. I was a mom of three boys, each a year apart, but that is what i always wanted to be. Much 💙 dear. Thanking God and have a thankful, joyful Thanksgiving and Christmas because of Him.
You ARE amazing! Love your ornaments, the arrangement that you made from the old one from the thrift store and your crescent rolls look divine! Can't wait to see more videos and how you decorate for Christmas! Beautiful! Happy Thanksgiving To You And Your Family! ❤
To get dust off of faux leaves or flowers put in clear plastic bag and add salt in the bag. Shake it up for a while and the salt will stick to the dust and take it off of the flowers. I also used this method to clean off a dusty decorative basket.
Yes the floral arrangement turned out looking Very elegant with the blue color you added. I love to extend my holiday to the month of January cuz families celebrate January 6 which is 3 kings day in their country and I joined in as well because I love my Christmas holiday the best.
Andrea, loved the DIY’s, and listening to your calming voice and looking at a simplified and Cozy home. Look forward to you weekly.Marilyn from Michigan.❤️
