Olive Wood is MUCH HARDER to Carve Than I Expected | What's in That Pile?

The olive tree! Man, it's a neat one! This wood is gorgeous and hard and my elbow is still sore from carving these things, but absolutely worth it.
Also the Douglas-fir olive oil cake? Big, big recommend. Let me know if you try this out at home please and thank you I want to hear all about it!
