I love this doctor as every time I think I have a question about something I swear within the day he gives the answer on the Internet! How does he do it?! Seriously out of 365 days he delivers! I was just going through my vitamins and noticed I had two bottles of vitamin E that had expired and wondering if they’re still good. But I really wondered why the heck I ever even had them!

    • @Schquirl
      @Schquirl 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

By the way it isn’t good to take expired vitamin E since it is an oil and oils can easily go rancid! So I am buying a new bottle!

First heal you gut as it is not only what we eat but what we absorb. Take both home made probiotic and good quality supplement. Eat organic food, the best you can afford, make sure you have varied diet. To accelerate the result for good skin, supplement with Vit C E, D3, K2, Cod liver oil, take nutritional yeast as well as bone broth.
Find a good moisturizer with no alcohol or just use vitamin E oil, use on any area of concern. Good luck

There is a treatment for it!! She even linked a study (which we all love how you look at evidence and studies!) Thank you for your curiosity, by the way, as my husband and I have lost 50 pounds, each. But the video is called, “Did she find the missing link for a coronavirus treatment?...by Ava Green. Hi Dr. Berg, Do you know what effect statins have on the metabolism of vitamin E? I know several people that take statins and suffer with myalgia, but are fearful of getting off them because they’ve had a stent or they’re overweight etc. The docs told them the statins are beneficial despite the complaints of myalgia and basically just offer to switch people onto different brands rather than taking them off or recommending any lifestyle changes. Oddly enough these are folks whose cholesterol numbers were always normal to begin with, even the ones who developed a clogged artery and needed a stent. Would taking vitamin E help with myalgia? Thanks, xo Linda

I just started taking Apple cider vinegar supplements 1250mg before each meal as well vitamin d, b1, sea kelp, zinc and k2...
I'm noticing that my thirst has massively increased along with frequent urination and my throat constantly feels dry..
    I'm just wondering whats happening...
The Apple cider vinegar is starting to lesson my severe acid reflux but it's not eliminating it...
I should add that I'm still eating badly and need to change my diet...
I'm doing the acupressure on my stomach which causes massive belching when I sit up...
I'm also curious to know if u offer postage of your products to Australia?
As I'm really keen to make some purchases...
Not sure if u will see this comment but desperately hoping for some advice...

    Much love from Sydney Australia
    Cheers

I know many people suffer with way worse things in life but this illness for me has taken everything from me i'm 28 years old stopped socialising at 16 been basically living in my room since then due to my original ilness it has caused me to have social anxiety and agoraphobia it's very debilitating the pain and fatigue in combonation with my mental state most people wonder why i'm odd if they see me or why i seem very "robotic" due to having been through a lot you can imagine my emotions have been stripped
I'm just curious on what would be great benifits to my health in terms of foods and excersize and basically anything else i could do to help manage in life?

So helpful! After switching to a new nutrition tracker, my lack of Vitamin E intake and some of my symptoms suggest I may be deficient.
As someone with a channelopathy (Periodic Paralysis), I’d love to have a better understanding of how Vitamin E is necessary for electrolyte function/absorption as mentioned in the video.
I see in the journal articles included in the show notes and skimmed those. and tried looking online but I’m having a hard time finding anything specific around that data. Anyone able to provide a resource with that info? I think this could be really beneficial to our Periodic Paralysis support group.

Since I started keto but more specifically, following Berg's advice for problems like this, at 65yoa I'm rebuilding muscle and stamina for home renovations, digging and hauling in the garden, building a fence, walking 30 minutes daily, etc. Hooray for 7 cups of salad per day - I now feel crappy if I skip it.

Do you think vitamin e could prevent rhabdomyolysis? Upon research it was vaguely discussed that it could be helpful, but not how much. But if something could prevent further damage it can be quite helpful. Like if a small amount of muscle damage has a domino effect and causes more muscle health, then something just stops it before it does by removing toxins and preventing inflammation and free radicals.

Hi Dr. Berg I startet Keto with IF since 9 days, but my biggest problem is veeeeery dry lips and dry Skin everywhere. I drink my electrolytes 400 mg MagnesiumCitrate, 500 mg calciumcitrate, 600 mg potassiumcitrate. And ca 2-3 mg of Himalayan salt. I drink enough.
I feel soooo weak and tired is that the keto flue? 😢
I eat twice a day and do in the morning two eggs or hemp protein and in the evening 150 gramm salmon or meat or tempeh etc. Vegetables are over 600 gramm with nuts and Olive oil.
Supplements are Zinc 25 mg, B Komplex, 100 mcg selenium, iodine 300 mcg,
Vitamin D k2, Vitamin c natural form, Iron 14 mg,
It would be so fine If you could answer to me.
