I'm married and my wife and I live in Houston. We haven't encountered anything wierd.🤔 By the way, we've been marriwd for 28 yrs. We never ever cheated on each other. It's possible to be faithful. Its a choice 😊

I have been in America for over 20 years from Nigeria & my observation is that there are classes of Nigeria immigrants (just like in any society). The lower classes act as described here, the upper class act maturely and the 2 classes hardly meet because they have nothing in common except they are all from Nigeria. By the way I live in Houston TX, married with kids and we have zero drama.

Interesting observation. I can see that. But everyone can get messy tbh. They just may go about it differently

Y’all have these relationship issues bc you don’t build your foundation on a set of morals and character. You seek the wrong qualities from the wrong people.

I lived, worked (professional) and dated heavily in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio (after divorce, not interested in marriage) and found the men in Houston to be the most charming, hardworking, and generous.

Houston is the 4th largest city in American after NYC, LA, & Chicago.(8 million people) Houston has all the temptations of a megametropolis.. If you are looking for southern "small town living" look to Beaumont, TX. Everyone is Not fit for Big City Life.

My first time visiting Houston from NYC, I told myself there’s no way I’m gonna live here 😂 Sodom and Gomorrah in the Bible doesn’t come near Houston. When I did decide to move south from the East coast, I opted for Dallas and it’s been 3 years of calmness around me

This is one of many reasons I am leaving Houston. I want to get married and settle down but Houston is party city.
Atlanta gets a bad rap but Houston is right up there with it in many respects.

@@EJIMANnenaNgozi , evaluate yourself. There’s temptation on every street corner and every city. It all depends on you and your conduct. No big deal.

@@James_150 , I have been in Houston for over thirty years. I don’t see anything that I is different from other cities that I have been to. The only difference is that, there’s a lot more of us in Houston, and we tend to live in the same side of town. Nigeria is 100 times worst than Houston. These things are absolutely subjective. Folks should concentrate on their personal discipline, or accept their weakness for not being able to reject the temptation.

Is part of the problem is that Africans here in America won't or resistant sometimes very resistant to date or take dating to marry Black Americans?

Thats a fair assessment. I know many Africans prefer to marry someone from their own background. But many Black Americans feel the same way.
