I also appreciated Your comments at the end regarding the different appearances created by interlocking at different intervals. Looking at close-ups of Antique/Vintage Navajo rugs I’ve noticed that the edges to geometric shapes often have the feathery-look You’ve explained; I now suspect that the Weavers probably interlocked approx every 3 rows. (Will have to experiment!) 😉🙌❤️ …
