I was at the coffee shop the other day and my ex girlfriend came in to say hello. We caught up and then sparked a conversation about film. She mentioned a lens from Moment that she purchased. It sparked my curiosity because creating film content was a venture that I have been wanting to take on. I've watched several videos about this anamorphic lens and was blown away. This video is what sold me on the anamorphic lens. It was shot and edited beautifully. I don't know if you were involved in the design of this lens, but if so, unbelievable work! You guys are developing product that inspires the everyday man or woman to create movie-esque film. It's those little moments that make life so special and this product allows us to capture them in such a beautiful way. Cheers to innovation!

Lovely video. This lens inspired me to go all out with mobile video. So many times I’ve been out/travelling/on holiday/at weddings etc etc and it’s not been practical to take my Ronin and assorted camera kit. So many personal moments I’ve missed because I didn’t want to lug about two cases worth of “work” equipment. Now I have the DJI Osmo 2, on order the moment wide and telephoto lens (anamorphic will come in time but order book is crazy full!), 2 cases (one for the wife, makes buying more camera equipment acceptable), an adapter to fit my rode video mic pro to the OSMO, filming apps to control frame rate and shutter speed, and it all fits in less than a shoebox!? Total game changer, go anywhere, film anything! Can’t wait to receive it all.

Hi Niles, Amazing video! I have seen a lot of comments on the forums saying that the iPhone x have OIS for both of its lenses, and it over compensate the stabilization from a gimbal. As a result it will cause the image jittering. Is it true? I don't see any jittering problem in your video.

Yeah I agree, however, I did think the slow mo footage may also be at 4K 60fps because it doesn’t look like it is incredibly slow like 240 FPS. Assuming he is shooting on one of the latest iPhones.
Is there another anamorphic lens for the iphone X ? I use those of black eye pro but I see the edge of the lenses with my iphone X . Is there a adapter for the moment lens to fit on the beast grip pro ?

I'm set to shoot a short film. I sho0t with Filmic Pro. New to the filming world. I've learned, shooting in low IOS is great for low lighting, but what should one do if the footage still have noise?

I would have thought it was filmed in 4k but downscaled to 1080 after editing?
Yeh your right the normal speed footage will of been 4k but the slow mo would of been 1080 on filmic pro maybe possibly perhaps?

Typically yes. You can shoot with out it, it just won't look as cinematic.
