Wow I am absolutely blown away at your presentation. There are no words. I am blown away to find out the Minoans were in Egypt. I am currently living in Egypt but would never be allowed access to some of the things you’ve shown here. When then man in the museum clearly did not want to acknowledge what he was seeing on those headstone depictions. He was really blind or too afraid to acknowledge what was clearly staring him in the face. What a fantastic presentation and am so happy I found this today. Thank you so much

They were in part chosen to make his presence known over time, to record and keep his commandments alive for the world, to demonstrate his power and works before man, and to bring forth the birth and presence of Jesus Christ here on Earth. They are a people documented throughout the Holy Scriptures which continue forward through today, tomorrow, and into our future. When a person studies scripture, they notice God's Special Possession are human beings just like the rest of the world. Were it not for forgiveness of sin from God through Jesus Christ, no man could be in union with our Heavenly Father due to sin. They are in a sense, from the perspective of mankind, the "Mother" of Christ. It is a position deserving of honor and respect, and a figurative position as well as a historical or literal one.
As a believer , Im really fascinated by the biblical facts and this documentary was amazing!
Bible is nothing but a copies of older stories from other books and civilisations, much older all put together and altered to fit the story, there is not much "facts" there

This was called Exodus Decoded, a feature-length special episode of Simka's half hour show The Naked Archaeologist, when it first aired on History Channel. It's a particularly good program with a complete theory that makes quite a bit of sense of relics and artwork that otherwise make no sense.

An excellent production with mind-blowing evidence. I had first watched "The Exodus Decoded" on TV during Easter Week about 13 years ago and was blown away. Regrettably they featured it too late at night for many people to watch. I later ordered the DVD online and gave a copy to my church. I've probably watched the documentary at least 6 times and it never ceases to intrigue me. Since it came out, it has become a known fact that the Santorini volcanic eruption was the cause of the plagues and ultimately, the parting of the Red Sea (or whatever sea it was). God works in mysterious ways! He uses people, places and events to fulfill His purpose in ways beyond our human imagination...

Immanuel Velikovsky I seem to remember, invoked near collisions between Earth/Venus/Mars to explain the natural upheavals that took place at the time of the Exodus. His works have been derided for years, but I believe that in due course he will be found to have been correct in more ways than he was wrong. "Worlds In Collision" is always worth a re-read.

My grade 10 history teacher explained a theory of the 10 plagues being caused by a volcano and earthquake way back in 1974! He presented it as a theory, to get us thinking about not taking things at face value, and searching for evidence.

Indeed. I don't know how I didn't come across Simca jacobovici's work before. Im looking into the series right now and see how reliable of a source he was. Lots of deceptions going around these days, we must ask God for discernment before jumping to conclusions.

When this came out in 1980/82 or there about, she contacted the department of antiquities and went there and saw the ossuaries herself. She began her own research and believes they are authentic.

Absolutely the most thought provoking video I have seen in years. I had already wondered if a tsunami could have been the reason the sea parted then returned. But all the theories advanced seem very well documented, except nothing much was said about why the slaves did not die and were 'passed over'... that question could be explained by rooftop gathering, either awake and watching for the night or sleeping, possibly? It was hinted at by saying lesser children of the wealthy, i.e. Pharoah, slept that way.
They were told to put the blood of the lamb in their door posts and the upper part of their door lintels the angel of death passed over them

In the documentary they said that the Israelites were having the Passover Feast on the rooftops when the carbon dioxide gas was released. They weren’t in the lower floors. The Bible refers to the blood of the lamb on the door.

"You can't use a modern-day map".True. I'd like to see more details of the ancient maps and roads that people used to travel then. I love this documentary, but respectfully disagree on the location of the parting of the seas. There are coral-encrusted remnants of many many Egyptian chariots in pieces all over the place, at the location he dismisses as having found no evidence. Totally untrue. There exists there, at that crossing, which matches the biblical description of the steep canyon walls they were trapped in for many miles on their way to the sea, where they were then trapped, strangely there is a land bridge across the Red Sea from precisely that point and no other. It is smooth, would have been traversable on foot, and the Bible actually says more than just that the waters were parted. It states that God raised the land and made a bridge, and then parted the water. Divers there have found countless pieces of Egyptian chariots scattered all the way across that bridge. They are from the correct time period. It's clear that is where they crossed.
Write to the production and challenge it if you really are that deep about the evidence. It would make for a very interesting debate methinks.

Moses believed in the Hebrew God, not ur arab god, and in fact, was given the gospel. Ur profit denied the gospel.
