I really enjoy your fishing videos brother ! Nice to see people catching quality fish in local waters . I actually went out after the last catch and cook and bought that magic blackened seasoning and used it for blackened grouper !
Great videos! You should do a video on scouting new spots using the sonar, etc. You tend to give tips and tricks along the way where the others just show the fish. Thank you for that.
Great video ,I love when its nice and calm on the water🤙🤘 very relaxing and nice time fishing for sure👍keep up the good work, inshore, offshore, wading, all your videos are right on points👍🎣
Your friend sounds like a Kardashian girl getting some juicy gossip when you guys hang into a fish " OH *pause* MY GAWD " Lol love the vids and thanks for the content
Nice video, and loved your little contest, Knocker Rig vs. Hogballs! Bottom line, it doesn't make any difference I found. Same goes for Yellow Tail Snapper, knocker rigs work just as well as those little colorful jigs ...
I love to fish out of Tampa Bay and from what I see, you need to have a chef cook for you and your followers. I can be that person in the kitchen as well as very good at fishing. The main thing that I noticed was that you needed to toast the bun with some butter and have a piece of sweet onion with tomato on the bun. I know, you were out of tomato but, there are other things in the pantry that you could have improvised with such as dice tomatoes, a tomato relish and the list goes on. I live in Parrish so, I am available anytime you need to do the next video. Thanks, Tom
Put a sandflea on that hog ball & jig it, bouncing it REALLY aggressively up & down off the bottom and you got a perfect pompano jig. I'd use 1/4 - 1/2 oz. Do they make em with gold hooks? That'd be a deal sealer. 👍
Can you catch these guys closer to shore? I have a 19 foot Hurricane Boat That I really only feel comfortable going 3-5 miles offshore with. I live in Tampa area.
Whelr; I see no evidence there that hogballs are any better than mome made knocker rigs. Personally, I would be using live shrimp moving around on the bottom.
What's your go-to rig when bottom fishing offshore?
Dropper rig
I dont know if you will reply to this but what rod are you using at 7:10 to catch that mangrove?

By the way, I have my own boats for inshore or offshore.

nice video, my first time on your channel, you should try some chupacabra seasoning if you can get it
Haven't seen all the video but I know it'll be great 😎 #seeyadude
This is a great video! Loved the catch and cook! Next time try a beer batter and shallow fry, serve with fries and malt vinegar.
chapper15 knows what's up
Pink hogballs are the go to, if not a small knocker rig on a spinning rod if Im going for snappers/grunts/porgies and sheepshead
Used to make that same aioli sauce except also added a small amount tarter sauce and a hint of ground red pepper to it...try it!!😎
Pretty fish!
Did you pull out of Anclote river?
Do you find yourself doing better on the top side of the ledge or the low side?
Hog ball ftw pink is the best color also
If the recipe came from a Schaeffer, then it is bound to be well thought out and tasty. We are a meticulous clan.
what gunnel rule do you all use?
What kind of boat is that?
Keep up the good "how to" methodology! As you know "Content is King", so looking forward to more of the same!
Are you guys reeling on that initial bite or do you guys wait for them to "take it?"
Waiting for them to take it

I'm sure you could find a couple closer, but I've heard that the vast majority of hogfish around here are caught in areas between 50-100 feet of water
Isn’t better to take off clicker when ur reeling it up I mean that was wat I was taught fishing in the early days
Hey, I'm in the market for a trolling motor, and have a BX22BR(2014) also, what size shaft does yours have(6' or 5')?
It is the 6' shaft, which is great for offshore when there are some waves and you need to keep it in the water
You should have toasted your bun first lol
Where are tall fishing???
State?
Dude the wind has been blowing so hard for like a month. How did you ever find a day so calm?
The wind stopped for one full day and we were able to take advantage of it
Hogfish? No way!
Capt Chappy is man and makes amazing hogballs! @Chapper15
Avocado and tomato.
Add sweet tai chili to sauce !
Next time please show how you clean the fish it on brings more good content and views

Hogs are 16 inch for keepers
The size limit is 16” in the Atlantic and 14” in the Gulf of Mexico
