Actually hamare current construction me hum frame structure ka use krte hai.. Means column and beam vala structure, so isme load jo bhi transfer hoga vo beam and column ke through hoga. Isme wall sirf partition wall rahegi. Aaj ke structure koi bhi wall load carry nhi kregi...

Red clay brick... It's compresaive strength is much more than fly ash.. Also strong enough to transfer a load.

Definitely.. Agar demolition ke bad quality achhi hai.. Strength check kr ke temporary construction like compound wall ke construction me use me la sakte hai.

In recent construction work.. Fly ash brick ka hi use jyada hota hai.
Simple reason is that you cannot guarantee the mechanical strength of fly ash brick as it derives its strength totally from the raw mixture proportion. Any deviation is risky...

In load bearing structure , total load are transfer through a wall, so that red clay brick is suitable to use.
But in recent construction industry, all the construction are frame structure ie. Column and beam structure so that the total load are transfer through column and beam.
