Sir jab wall smooth hoti hai toh sab kehte hai ki plaster nhi ho payega. Fir ceiling pe kaise ho jaata hai plaster 😅😅. Aur tik bhi jaata hai.

Aac Blocks absorbs less moisture so during floods it won't effect immediately
Like red brick but if the water current is fast and the impact is more this blocks won't Handel it
And about future consequences bothering the type of bricks have the same effect both will start cracking

A framed structure is a load bearing structure. Load bearing simply means ability to withstand load safely.
Frame structures are superior since they transmit load to foundation. A house without beam & colums is weak for high rise structures and that structure is being referred in this video as load bearing structure.
Moral of the story : always go for framed structure since they are long lasting & safe. A house without beams & columns will surely collapse in the event of earthquake.
