My glycerin always gets skin and starts to get chunky so fast. A lot of ruined batches

When I pour my melt n pour sometimes the layers don't stay together. The CP soap layers are fine tho.

In another videos someone suggested spraying alcohol for the layers to stick together. I have no idea I'm just the messenger. I'd suggest research or try it?
