Record No4 Vice Restoration salvaged from the scrapyard

- I was in a scrapyard looking for off cuts of sheet steel, when I found this Record No 4 vice in a working but sorry state, so here is me taking it to bits to clean, paint and grease it.

Nice one mate good Vice saved from the Scrapyard. You did a good job mate. A few runs no matter I have had brand new one's with paint runs on them.👍
As it happens the runs ran out smooth on their own.

Cheers! As it happens, the runs ran out, so it was all OK in the end. It would have gone to a furnace somewhere. It's a nice vice now.
